I have had 3 SMP treatments done at FTG Haywards Heath. Absolutely over the moon with my results. The care they give you before, during and afterwards is so professional and caring. They make you feel at ease from start to finish also. Giving me so much confidence than I had before. I have had 4 scalp micro-pigmentation sessions and also a lip blush treatment, all with Marzena. Thoroughly recommend, the whole process was great from the initial consultations through to the after care.

I had my first SMP treatments with Marzena back in 2019. Today I had a follow up treatment after 4 years. Marzena has done an amazing job. She is a true artist and a skilled professional who really loves her work/art. She has great attention to detail and she is very kind and supportive. She has made me feel very comfortable during my sessions and she has been always keen to answer patiently any questions and give the right advice. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Marzena is the best. Excellent service, excellent results!!

Mariella and Jamie have been absolutely amazing. They have accommodated my work schedule to ensure that I am able to receive the best treatment. I sent pictures through of my hyperpigmentation and Mariella was able to then offer the best treatment.

I initially started with one treatment of Bio Re Peel but have now gone ahead and purchase a block of six treatments.

Mariella didn’t try to sell me anything extra but I could see that she genuinely cared so I decided to purchase the Sun Cream, Serum, face wash and moisturiser as a package. I love the product and so does my skin.

I have had treatments before for my hyperpigmentation and have always been sceptical. This seems to be working at a gentle and steady pace. I am not expecting overnight miracles but I see a difference already.

The most important thing is that I am in good hands and Mariella genuinely wants to help me. She is keeping track of my progress with before and after pictures of each treatment. I can’t wait to see the final results!

Through Marzena at FTG, I have undergone 3 micro-pigmentation sessions on my scalp to conceal hair thinning from previous failed surgeries/ scarring. For several years I have not been able to look at my scalp or leave it uncovered in public. After months of therapy, I committed to scalp micro-pigmentation (SMP) when Marzena at Finishing Touches was suggested to me by a trusted hair transplant surgeon. I was anxious to have SMP due to several bad experiences with scalp-related procedures in the past. However, Marzena is highly professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and skilled. She is brilliant at what she does and executes it carefully and precisely. It is somewhat uncomfortable to have your head tatooed (surprising I know!) - but Marzena is so gentle and attentantive. Having been a complicated subject with scar tissue, and highly anxious about receiving a bad result, she completely abated any fears and I am very happy with the outcome. I am currently able to walk outside with my head uncovered without crippling anxiety! Thank you, Marzena. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I have recently undergone breast reconstructive surgery to reform my breast after a diagnosis of breast cancer and subsequent mastectomy.

After the second surgery - to reform my nipple - my surgeon encouraged me to have my areola tattooed as the final step to complete the breast reconstruction process.

I contacted Kelly Forshaw Smith and from the very first moment she was so warm, kind, empathetic and reassuring. She carefully explained the details of the treatment and then gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. She completely put me at ease about the process.

I had two appointments, 4 weeks apart. Kelly tattooed the areola on my reconstructed breast and then also tattooed my real areola, so both are now the same colour.

She also did some micro-needling to break down some scar tissue which has been incredibly effective.

I couldn’t be more delighted with the finished result, with the way the tattoos look and make me feel - I feel like “me” again and I’ve got my confidence back. For me this treatment has been a vitally important final step in my reconstructive surgery.

Kelly is exceptionally skilled and her work is excellent. And all along the way she has been a complete pleasure to deal with. I feel privileged to have been under her care and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Its was a good experience for the thirst time but still one more treatment to do ther i will be able to tell more about my experience but for now its was a good experience

This is my third visit to FTG clinics for scar work. I got my scar after a motorcycle accident and have always been very self conscious. The results from the micro-needling have blown me away. Thank you to everyone I met at the clinic.

I have had a couple sessions now with both Mariella and Steve for microneedling on a scar I have on my face, and I'm SO glad I finally made the decision to book in. I was very nervous as I have had the scar about 15 years now and never had any treatment for it, but I'm so glad I did as the technicians are so friendly, calming and make you feel super relaxed throughout. I would highly recommend and I am looking forward to returning :)
