I had actually sat down with a divorce attorney that's how bad our marriage had become. But by some miracle I was told by a friend how Ana had helped save their marriage. I remember reluctantly showing up in her office the first day. However I also remember her saying "this is all solvable." We jumped in and things just started to click. My husband and I did the homework together and we started to see how we were making things worse between us. Thankfully we had Ana helping us find our way to falling back in love with each other again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Our marriage wouldn't have made it, before we found you!!

We had been married 12 years and our marriage was completely falling apart. We couldn't get through a conversation without criticism or attack. Our marriage was on its last breath. We hadn't talked, touched or felt close in years. After almost a year of traditional marriage counseling, and making no improvement in our marriage, we decided to try working with Ana. It honestly is hard to find the words to describe the impact that Ana’s program has had on our marriage. You helped me see that there was hope when things seemed hopeless. I can honestly say I do not know where Sarah and I would be today without your help. For me, the self-awareness exercises and videos also taught me how my actions and behaviors were sabotaging our relationship. I had always thought that if only my wife changed, our marriage would improve. I now see that no progress could be made until I recognized and made an effort to change my behavior toward my spouse. Practicing the “Inside Out Conversation” is a way of life for us now. We are very optimistic about our future together. Thanks so much for giving us the tools we needed to make our marriage and lives happier than we could ever imagine. Thank you Ana. I have worked with Ana for seven years. She has helped me become a confident communicator in the business world. I was having issues getting my employees to perform to their capacity. Ana gave me the tools necessary to navigate through each situation, to gain a more positive outcome!

I learned to self-reflect about myself and my role in the relationship. Before starting our sessions with Ana all my husband and i did was fight and argue. We were in such a bad place. We would fight about the same things over and over and could never get them resolved. We eventually just stopped talking to each other.
Ana taught us to look at how we actually don't hear one another. She showed us how to listen to what is really being said.....the true meaning behind our words. She also showed us ways to speak in non triggering ways.
I can't believe how much this has helped our marriage! What a fantastic investment when the alternative was divorce.

When my husband and I started with Ana we were seriously considering divorce, but now I can see a great marriage in our future.
