Missing Goldback, Canned Responses
I've ordered a total of 7 Goldbacks within 3 different orders in pursuit to collect an entire series and one Goldback is MIA.
An email stated two of my orders would be combined in one order. In receiving the combined order, the manifest showed a backorder of one Goldback, which I eventually received, but there was another Goldback entirely missing. Emailing to Defy The Grid about my claim has only resulted in "canned" responses, which explains this "un-canned" review.
