We needed a warehouse in usa for our subscription box. The Miami fulfillment center had us live in a week. Sol set simple rules, pick and pack is accurate, and order fulfillment hits two day across the southeast.

Great team, reliable service

We’ve been working with Fulfillment Hub USA for a few years now, and it’s been a consistently smooth experience. Their team is friendly, responsive, and always quick to help when needed. From day-to-day fulfillment to more complex things like API integrations, they’ve handled everything professionally and reliably.

What we appreciate most is their flexibility and the way they really listen and adapt to our needs. After several years of working together, we’re still very happy with the partnership and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable fulfillment partner.

Reliable 3PL with clear processes, Thomas made onboarding smooth

We’ve had a positive experience with Fulfillment Hub USA. Onboarding was structured and straightforward, and Thomas was especially helpful — he guided us through labeling, ASN setup, and portal configuration so we could start shipping without delays. The dashboard gives clear visibility into inventory, orders, and carriers, and dispatch times have met the agreed SLAs. Order accuracy has been solid, and any exceptions we raised were addressed promptly with clear follow-ups. Pricing has been transparent and easy to reconcile with our forecasts.

Overall, a dependable partner for DTC and B2B fulfillment. Five stars.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid if You Care About Your Business

If you're running a serious business, do yourself a favor and stay away from Fulfillment Hub USA.

We've dealt with fulfillment centers all over the world, and this has been by far the most frustrating experience.

Zero communication: Emails and tickets go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. I had to message staff (CEO and COO) directly on LinkedIn just to get a reply.

No accountability: Our account manager disappears for long periods. Urgent shipping issues? Good luck getting a response.

Delays and mistakes: Orders stay in "pending" for days with no updates. Packages are shipped late, mislabeled, or not at all.

Disorganized operations: We've lost customers due to their lack of urgency and responsiveness — and we’re not a small-volume client.

Broken promises: We were told they'd scale with us. In reality, they're overwhelmed and clearly can’t handle growth or high-volume accounts.

168 hours and counting: It's been over a week since our new stock arrived at their Miami warehouse. It still hasn’t been received into inventory. The PO is still marked as pending — and it doesn’t look like it's moving anytime soon.

And on top of that, it's been over a month and a half that I'm trying to figure out who is actually in charge of packaging on their side. I’ve asked multiple times, emailed, and even tried calling — no one gives me a clear answer (if there is an answer). I’m literally chasing shadows to get a simple contact name to finalize proper packaging standards. That alone says a lot.

They may look good on paper, but behind the scenes it’s chaos.

FULFILLMENT IS SUPPOSED TO SOLVE PROBLEMS — NOT CREATE NEW ONES.
