PLEASE don't use Full Beauty

I guess I should have checked Trust Pilot before buying! First I get an email with $30 off $75 if I get their credit card. It also says the credit card includes free shipping.

So I order two swimsuits after getting the credit card. AFTER I complete the order, it shows a total over $20 more because it added on shipping. When I emailed about it, they said swimsuits do not qualify for free shipping. (Yet there is nothing listed on the credit card, even the small print, that says this!)

Then the $30 was not applied. I called and they said that order expired (even though I had the email I got), and they could give me a $10 gift card. So now my order was almost double what I had expected to pay for it.

Then they charge return shipping.

PLEASE just don't buy from them!

The financial system is a nightmare.

My wife purchased a $40.00 Blouse from this company a year ago. She didn't pay the invoice which I was unaware of. My wife has a medical Cognitive disorder due to multiple brain operations during a cancer battle. This isn't their fault and I don't blame them for wanting to get paid for the product. They started calling me for the past due amount which I tried to pay but they wouldn't accept a credit card. I tried using their on line portal which was always unavailable. Finally in September, they called when I was home and I paid the $251.00 invoice in full. They charge 41.00 month in late fees and based on 36% interest. I made it clear to close the account and stop sending me catalogs & statements. A week later, I received an invoice for $4.00 in interest because I paid the account off with their sales representative 2 days after the bill was due. That then grew to $293.68 that I had to pay today to again close the account. Their customer service very rarely answers the phone, their voice prompts are never what I need. And now they have literally destroyed my credit rating over this $4.00. I would suggest that you get financing from a Shylock in the Bronx before you conduct business with these people.

Almost seems like a Scam

The website was very difficult to navigate. I somehow go enrolled in some type of rewards program which automatically started charging my credit card. I am not sure how that happened. I had to call 2 different numbers to get that stopped. The product was then on back order for more that a month. According to the lady I spoke with when placing the reorder, the credit for the returned item would be credited to my new purchase. I was charged the remaining amount. Then a month later, another charge for the full amount hit my credit card. I called customer service and couldn't get connected to anyone to speak with so I did the online chat. The online person attempted to help resolve the problem. Now I am so confused I don't know if I have over paid or what. I really don't care at this point. I want to be done with them.

Enrolled Elderly Mother in Monthly Membership

Roamans enrolled my 84-year-old mother in a monthly membership costing $18 without her clear understanding. She is hard of hearing, which is immediately apparent to anyone who speaks with her on the phone. During a phone order, she was unknowingly signed up for this program. Selling a recurring service to an elderly person who cannot clearly hear or fully understand what is being offered is unethical. Imagine if this were your own mother. For this reason, I do not recommend doing business with FULLBEAUTY Brands.

Impossible to return their mistakes!

They sent 2 pairs of pants that I didn't order and charged me for them. I tried to return the pants and get my money back. I could not return them due to not having email. They will not refund the money. They are incompetent, unhelpful, and no one speaks very good English in their customer service department. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Spam! Buyers beware!

I purchased $89 pair of boots in the first week of November through the Walmart website and I have yet to receive my refund. They kept changing the delivery date, and in the stay of IN my package was "lost". I asked for a 3rd eta on delivery and they took it upon themselves to refund me. First ot was 7 to 10 business days and then it was 3 to 5 business days and now no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Hello,

I returned the pants nearly a month ago because of this issue. It has now been just a few days short of one full month, and I have not yet received a replacement or any update regarding the return

They essentially sent me the wrong product had me return it endorsing a refund and now its magically disappeared and they refuse to refund my money!!

I would give 0 if I could. I placed an order and when the confirmation came it listed an old address from 5 1/2 years ago. When I realized that I contacted them immediately. The reply assured me that they had the correct address. Well, no they did not. They delivered to an address 4 states away where I lived 5 1/2 years ago. I tried calling and was told there was nothing they could do. I'm out the money because of their mistake. Do not order form them---rip off.

Stop ordering from this company & go back to the mall

I don't take issue with their products, but I have been waiting since Sept. 17th for my order. They used FedEx for delivery and it's been sitting in Chino, Ca. since Sept 22nd. I'm not getting any real help from this company or FedEx, they keep telling to wait or contact the other company. I'm fed up! I was told to give them a total of 20 business days. This is horrible service!

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Over a month ago I ordered an item. It had to be sent to a Canadian address so it took 2 weeks to receive it. I returned the item 18 days ago but have not received a refund or any notice of a refund. Where is it? I can't make an exchange for another item unless I receive the refund. I have emailed and phoned you with very unsatisfactory results - NO REFUND YET!

This site is Fraud

I pay a fee each year to have shipping $2.99 and return fee should be $0. I returned 2 items, asked for original payment(my credit card) to refunded. They sent me a letter stating it was credited for a "Gift Card" with them. I've been on the phone with philippians for 45 minutes!! They've said they can credit my account minus a $10.99 restocking fee!! I've never heard if this. This is Fraud I'll be contacting my lawyer!

Clearly a scam

Clearly a scam. Got an email from Fedex indicating I was getting a package from them. The problem is that I never heard of them, let alone ordered from them. Called the company who said they could not find any order-even after I gave them a tracking number. totally suspicious. Avoid.

Used to be good, but not anymore!

I'm not typically someone who reviews things unless they're great, but I hope I can save someone else the time and money I've lost.

I had previously ordered from this company with no issues. This year, I've tried twice to order shoes. The first time, they reached out and let me know that one item was no longer in stock, and I ended up canceling the order. Part of this was because it had been more than a month since I'd placed the order, and when I'd reached out to check in, was told that international shipping processing times (I'm in Canada) could be several weeks.

I tried again, and placed an order early June. Didn't hear anything back, no updates or shipping, so I reached out via live chat early July. Turns out that the SKU was wrong on one of the items so the order was placed on hold. I was never informed, and had already been charged the full amount. Had a lot of back and forth over a few weeks - it was sent to their tech team, oh, NOW it's been sent to the tech team, turns out we can't fix the original order so we're going to put together a new order with the correct sku and send it out. End of July, was told that it would be sent out high priority. After a week, no notice, reached out. Ended up requesting a refund because no action had been taken. They refunded the cost of the original items, but not the $57.50 in shipping and tax. I reached out via live chat, told I would get a phone call that day. I had provided screenshots both by email and on the chat of the original purchase amounts, and the refunded amount. A week later, with no call, I reached out to their phone support. I had a long, frustrating conversation, where they finally saw that they had, in fact, charged me the full amount and only refunded the cost of the items and not the shipping and tax, I was told that they would escalate it and it would be resolved right away. Also told that I would receive an email to rate the interaction. It has now been a week and a half since the phone call. I have not had any follow up (not even the email asking me to rate the call), and no refund of rest of my order payment.

I am VERY disappointed by the direction this company has gone. They are the umbrella for a number of different brands. While they were legit at first, at this point they seem to be heading to just a scam. Please don't order from them.

Undelivered package

Placed an order that was shipped through FedEx. Contacted FedEx multiple times about undelivered package. Finally contacted FullBeauty customer service and was told if I still haven’t received package by the fifth day of undelivered package to call back.

Order placed and days later, I visited website after receiving notice of shipping and order number, yet their system stated no order under that number or my name. I smelled a Rat at that point and told them to cancel the order and credit my card. They refused. This has been ongoing for many days with constant emails and rude staff at their customer service phone but absolutely no resolution. I will burn the merchandise on receipt and I will be certain to share my horrible experience with everyone I know.

Include an order number in the package to make returns easier. I ordered several pairs of slacks and was unable to return some because they told me they could not find any record of the purchase. Make returns easier also by participating in happy returns.
I have several credits that are unredemable and they count on that. I am reluctant to order and will stop ordering for companies under this umbrella if these issues are not addressed.
