Immediate turn-around from Full Compass
I recently ran into two separate issues with a pair of older studio monitors that I purchased nearly five years ago. Both units began failing in different ways, so I opened support tickets with the manufacturer and with Full Compass.
Within 24 hours, Full Compass responded with a clear, expedited, and very reasonably priced plan to resolve the issues. I was able to move forward immediately with their solution.
Part 1 of 2 was delivered today (Feb 19).
Customer support is critical to the strength of a brand and the long-term trust of its customers. Full Compass demonstrated exactly what responsive, solutions-oriented service should look like.
Although the other required part will take an estimated 4–6 weeks to arrive, I have full confidence that once it is available, they will ship it promptly. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround, professionalism, and clarity throughout this process.

Today was the first day using the new system during church service. Everything worked well, outputting clear, strong audio!
