UPDATE: For the past 10 years I have gone to long lengths to stop my email being used for marketing. I never agree to any marketing to my email and marketing providers have been notified never to share or use my details. Hence your emails are SPAM, likely from a non-GDPR compliant source. I also make it clear that unsolicited marketing emails to my address are chargeable and I never click links in emails from unknown, unsolicited or untrustworthy sources on security grounds. (I email or message the sender instead to ensure my details permanently removed).
