Well this company has rang me today monday 10th November 2025 asking to 1) speak to my son bearing in mind he passed away when he was 12 weeks and 3 days old and has been gone over a year now
2) or the could of been on about my partners grandad and he has been gone 7 years ago today
3) this company is very bad and inconsiderate

As a sensitive subject my enquiry and eventual completion of agreeing a contract was handled very professionally and efficiently- felt very satisfied that my desires would be fulfilled

Lovely lady talked me threw everything so pleasant.the price was great me and my husband both took it out.thank you all again

Graham didn’t try to oversell the cremation plan but ensured I had all the information I needed about product. He wasn’t pushy or over chatty but was polite and friendly. I had all the information I needed to make choice, Graham advised me to check everything and make sure I was getting what I wanted, there were no gimmicks to try to get me to make up my mind too quickly

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions.it is a sad time for me has my mum is in hospital and she asked me to sort out her funeral she understands that I needed to sort it out for her

The lady that helped me to arrange my uncle's funeral policy was so helpful, kind and considerate. She was so understanding , because I was trying to work with my elderly relative
to give the correct information.

I've checked all sites and With Grace seemed the best for the planned cremation we needed.
Extremely simple to organise and friendly no harassing during the process.

My over the phone experience was sweet, I'm not sure now the name of the lady but she made me so relaxed and made my experience easy thank you .

It started with a very helpful Jackie who found extra information and sent it to me in an email. She was friendly and efficient.
On Monday I dealt with Janet who set up the policies for us. Friendly and understanding.
A problem I had getting online was soon sorted.
Have the electronic versions. Just waiting for the paper ones.

I found With Grace on the internet when comparing prices for unattended cremation plans. Their price was very competitive so I gave them a ring. They took the time to talk me through the service that they provide and to make sure that I fully understood what I was committing to. After doing the deal the paperwork arrived by snail-mail within three working days. Brilliant service. I would highly recommend them.
