The team were wonderful and talked me through the complete process whilst understanding how difficult it was for me to arrange two plans for my parents. Leanne Huq was a joy to deal with.

He explained everything in laymen terms from start to finish, he answered all my questions regarding the procedure and not in a cold, detached tone but like we were old friends having a blether. I paid in full that day and have no worries now about my family having to deal with funeral arrangements. I would say I would deal with them again but don’t think I’m coming back again 😊
