Quality of jersey was just unbelievable!!!

Overall everything was good. I’m a satisfied customer. I was a little concerned due to communication concerns after placing my order. But I reached out and an explanation was given.

Okay, I know this company gets a lot of hate, But my experience was stellar. Granted The piece I ordered did I have a few days late but between the tariffs and the holidays going on at the time, I was so very happy with what I received which arrived only a few days after Christmas and was worth every penny I paid. The seller was in constant communication with me during the entire process and was more than helpful in any way they could be. The peace I ordered was a very obscure custom job, a throwback sixers jersey from the '90s with a current player's name and number on it, and it came out beautifully. My husband was beside himself when I presented him with it. Not to mention the amount of compliments we got on it at the next game we attended. Many people ask where he'd gotten it and I referred them all to Funnytrucks.

Ordered a US women's hockey jersey in February. Received an email with tracking information March 4th. It is now March 15th and there has been no update to my shipment.

Scam, do not purchase anything from them! It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my item. They said they shipped it but never provided tracking. Then they said that the shipment information was unusual. Then they said they’d provide a refund and still haven’t. Pay the extra $20 and get your piece of clothing from a reputable company. Do not do business with this shady company!

Linda the polite customer service rep is a robot. If you want something from this company be sure you are ok with it taking months for delivery. They are a farce. My fault for using them.

Funny Trucks is a masterclass in how to advertise a return and exchange policy and then absolutely refuse to honor it.

I attempted to follow their own stated policy, which launched me into an Olympic-level email marathon with a woman named Linda—the final boss of customer service. Every response was impressively polite while accomplishing absolutely nothing. It’s like talking to a wall, but the wall replies and gaslights you about your expectations.

No matter how clearly I referenced the policy, Linda somehow translated it into “we don’t actually do that.” Over and over. Different wording. Same result. Zero accountability, zero resolution.

At this point, I’m convinced the return policy exists solely to lure customers in and then test how long they’ll tolerate being stonewalled before giving up. Spoiler: Funny Trucks wins the email war by exhaustion. However I will be filling a dispute with my bank.

If you’re looking for a company that values honesty, customer satisfaction, or basic follow-through—keep driving. If you enjoy wasting time in circular conversations while being told “no” with a smile, congratulations, you’ve found your place.

One star. Not funny. Just frustrating.

Lied about shipping times, blatantly. Dishonest

order my jerseys on October and still haven't received it. their shipping sucks. buyer beware. Last time I'll order from them.

Reported to seller that this item did not fit. I sent pictures per Linda’s request. She asked for more picture giving the excuse that what I provided was not clear.
Immediately I knew that she this was a stall tactic she uses to run out the 30 day return and refund policy. The letters were also jumbled together on the back and not as shown on their website.
Don’t waste your time on emails going back and forth. It’s a scheme wasting your time on their garbage reasonings. Report them to BBB and Federal Trade Commission. Include the company name, person responding and the person who collected the money for your purchase. The person who collected payment for the item I purchased from this site was Pham Thanh Tung. Look at your bank records and report that person when filing your reports.

Made my order still have not received... I really wish I had reviews before purchasing from you. Why do I have a bad feeling about this. I should have never ordered from you. Your customer service is absolutely terrible.

It is absolutely insane how they conduct business. I’m not convinced it’s even real. I ordered a jerseys a month ago and every day “Linda” writes a says they have too many orders….shipping is delayed….they are sorry. I am getting the same daily emails everyone below me is too.
I could have walked the 300 miles to Jamaica Ny 3 times over to pick it up. Order started on 22. Stated it was processed the next day in Jamaica. I got two delivery updates that it was “in transit” but it was just moved to another facility in same town allegedly.
This morning I got a message it would be further delayed because they were too busy for FedEx. My tracking was always stated as USPS so this was just another lie amongst many. The craziest thing is I paid the extra $10 for expedited shipping.
“Linda” will respond below not taking accountability and blaming high volume I assure you. That’s daily
I have very very little faith it will ever arrive.

I bought a jersey which was fake but there website crashed not letting me choose what size then when I contacted them they refused to help exchange or return horrible customer service

I AM WARNING ANYONE WHO ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY. 30 DAY GAURENTEE IS CRAP. I ORDERED A 1 XL JERSEY FROM THEM, AND THEY SENT ME A SMALL. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO EXCHANGE FROM SMALL TO XL.
THEN THEY WANT TO GO BY THEIR SIZE CHART, AND THIS AND THAT, MEASURE THE JERSEY THAT THEY SENT ME, AND SEND A PICTURE, BACK AND FORTH, BACK AND FORTH. THEIR CART SIZE SAYS ITS THE RIGHT SIZE THEY SENT ME!!!. SO U KNOW WHAT!. I SOLD THE JERSEY FOR MORE THAN I PAID FOR IT.
WACK ASS COMPANY, I WAS PISSED, BUT GOT MY MONEY BACK.! BOTTOM LINE, BEWARE.
AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, ALWAYS BUSY.. DONT EVEN THINK IT'S A REAL COMPANY.MY EXPERIENCE WENT ALL THE WAY THRU MARCH.

Ordered a Clayton Kershaw jersey 3 months ago..and tracking everyday says just received today in Jamaica NY..We'll send another tracking number when it ships..Has anyone else had this problem..I'm Disabled and don't have patience for this mess..Since this order I've ordered another jersey from different company and received it in 1 1/2 weeks..it's a different player..shouldn't take 3 months..and they can't give me any information as to where it's at..I did receive my order today..If you order from them it eventually comes..just takes a long time..for that I'm gonna change my rating from 1 star to 3 stars..Thank You Linda..

This is the worse company I've ever ordered from I'm about to turn them into the better business buro they do not honor there return policy and make you keep doing things stupid until the 30 days run out I would never order from them again
