I previously ordered 1-TDC for my cats teeth and joint health from the States but this has become unreliable and expensive. So I was pleased to find out that Furever Products stocked it at an affordable price. Delivery has been prompt and reliable.

Ordered Dr Martys kibble for small dogs one day and the kibbles arrived the next. Delivered in a bubble padded envelope so damage would be minimised.
One of the few products our fussy eater will touch.

I have been ordering Azodyl from this company from abroad and overall my experience has been very positive.

Their website is clear and professional, ordering is easy, and shipments are always well-packed and sent on time. I truly appreciate how reliable they are with the product itself — this is extremely important for me as the medication is for my cat.

The only area that could be improved is communication via email. As an international customer living in Turkey, I depend heavily on timing and coordination when friends travel and can receive the shipment for me. For this reason, even short replies to emails or questions would make a big difference and help me plan safely so the medication never runs out.

Aside from this, the service and product quality are excellent, and I’m grateful to have a reliable source for Azodyl. I hope to continue ordering from them for a long time.
I would happily give 5 stars for communication as well if email responses improve.
