We love the quality of furneo products. We own several and have recently purchased one which we sent to Spain for our apartment.
The one issue we have is that we feel the delivery company, parcel force lets down what otherwise is the most fantastic service.

Ordered was delayed slightly by the couriers arrived a day or two later than expected. But otherwise all was good

Awful. Extremely difficult to assemble. Poor explanation in instructions. Difficult to contact for support. Extremely disappointing.

Excellent quality, especially so, for the price.

This is our 3 rd purchase decorated and room and just had to get a rad cover to finish the room off perfectly.

The units were delivered very quickly they were well packaged and undamaged.
The units are supplied as flat packs, and were well made and straightforward to assemble/ hang on the walk. The finished article looks good.
However one of two minor points to be aware of, the quarter turn fixings are of cast alloy and are very soft and easy to bend, do not over tighten. The spring door catches are not very effective but the doors are easily opened anyway. Probably the most frustrating thing is that when assembled you are left with 22 x 5m holes for hinges and shelf height choices which are unsightly. I purchased some white covers from Amazon which transformed the inside of the unit, this would cost the manufacturer a few pence to rectify and would make such a difference. Would I buy them again, YES, but be aware of these minor niggles.

Item received however found one plinth was chipped upon opening ,contacted furneo to advise and sent picture of the chip on the panel, asked if they could send replacement plinth, furneo replied asking to send full length picture to show the panel. Surely the picture of the chip is enough? We didn't want to bother go back and forth for one plinth as we wanted thenisland built so will paint the chip ourself.

Living room set arrived within 24 hrs of ordering, well packaged, good instructions. Items went together well and no concerns over the quality of the product, very impressed and would happily return for more purchases.

Fast delivery. Easy to assemble, looks good

The items, display cabinets, I ordered is perfectly fit for my room size for the given TV unit. Thank you for providing this product. It really improved the ambience of living room to next levels.
I ordered the items from your website, not from third party seller, and collected the items from your store myself without asking you deliver the items. Concern is, cost is same even if you place the order from 3rd party seller even for home delivery.

Bought a table on Amazon from them that arrived damaged and did not look like the pictures. Sent it back and got less than 50% of my money back. I opened a claim and if i don't receive my full refund i will go to the bank for a chargeback

There customer services is terrible, I ordered 2 items no mention when I ordered it online there was 10% off first orders but when I received order a flyer in with furniture stating 10%off first orders, I contacted them but said they can’t refund me retrospectively. I messaged them again but have never replied, Not happy with this at all.

Great prompt service,ordered Sunday ,delivered on Tuesday,this is the 2nd thing ive bought,easy to build and very sturdy,excellent quality for the price.

A shame that the large cabinet unit doesn’t have glass doors.

We ordered a dining table and it was a fantastic price, looks incredible and was delivered so quickly (literally within 24 hours) on the standard shipping. Exceeded my expectations and would reccomend! 10/10

The furniture is robust and good quality and relatively easy to assemble.
I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the sideboard assembly wasn't numbered like the other two units and therefore took quite a bit longer to assemble.
I am very satisfied with the end product and would certainly purchase furniture from you guys in the future.
