Good browsing experience and easy to navigate website. Straight forward purchasing procedure with email confirmation received immediately. Followed up with processing/delivery information and received our order within 2 days. Extremely happy with our TV Unit.
There are alot of components ie screws, dowels etc but don't get overwhelmed.
The step by step instructions are easy to follow.
Took about 3 hours to assemble at an easy pace. A helpful tip... Preset dowels, screws etc in each panel beforehand, this sped up the assembly process. All panels are clearly numbered too 👍🏻
The TV Unit is very sturdy once put together and looks very sleek and modern.
We are over the moon with it and highly recommend Furneo furniture given our experience.

The TV Units I purchased are solid and look very smart. I had an issue with one set of LED lights - Customer Service were very efficient. Postage costs for return of the faulty ones were promptly paid and a fresh set of lights sent out first class post.

there reply we have CCTV footage seeing these items went in to box when ask for the CCTV they use the GDPR get out of jail this is not customer service calling the customer a liar Why would say paperwork or a handle was missing 600 .00 unit with a broken glass and no handle

Avoid
I have received the worst customer service ever, not only they have delivered to me faulty item but they refused to collect the item. Please avoid at all costs

Very happy with the quality of the furniture, which I consider to be excellent value.

The worse customer service ever, they delivered the item to a wrong place and treat me telling me I have to dig a form for the police to investigate, DHL sent the picture and said I signed something imposible because I was in a medical appointment. If you buy something with B&Q and the seller is Furneo please don’t do it they are a bad company.

I have had delivery issues unfortunately, but the company responded very quickly to my emails and rectified the issues effectively.
The constructive feedback would be for Furneo to change their courier supplier

The delivery was fast. I ordered on Saturday and got it on Tuesday. Item is well made, solid and look very pretty. Worth buying the LED from them don't think about getting cheaper ones from somewhere else. highly recommend will surely buy from them in future
