The reviews on this place are bad
The reviews on this place are bad, and because of this I panicked,
I hadn’t received my goods after a week, so I phoned asking where are they and if there not sent could I have a refund please? A very polite man said he would look into it and email what has happened.
Straight away he did, it hadn’t been processed, so all cancelled and refunded.
Well didn’t think I’d get a refund, just looked now and hadn’t seen the refund the very next day.
Even though I never received my products all was good, I think it’s a small firm with not enough staff so the flow of it isn’t working maybe.

Initially I submitted a poor review for this website owing to my order not being delivered on time. After communicating with supplier, it transpired that it was the courier at fault and not furnica.Co.uk, in view of this I have retracted my original assessment of 1 star and I would like to revise it to 4 stars. No delivery, no contact
Ordered 10 days ago, no delivery. Contacted the company, no answer so when asked to leave a message it just cuts you off. Tried the ‘contacts’ page on their website and it is corrupted somehow and will not let you fill-in the form. Looks like I’m £50 down the drain.
