I can’t express what a fantastic experience I had with Furnish my Home. First of all their prices can’t be beat. I was looking for chairs for my dining room table and they were $200 less per chair. The communication was also great. I emailed asking for an update on shipping, and I was emailed right away. The product came, as described and packaged extremely well. I will continue to purchase items from Furnish my Home.
The purchase process was easy, and the delivery follow-up was clear and efficient. Delivery went very smoothly, and the sideboard is excellent quality—we absolutely love it!

From placing the order to delivery everything was exceptional. There were regular updates and great communication. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It can be nerve racking when ordering furniture online, especially when you’re ordering sight unseen, but my experience with Furnish My Home was amazing. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed along the way of when my order would arrive. I’m ecstatic over my new chairs. They are beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I wish I could post a picture but unfortunately there’s no option to do so.
Very rude customer service. Will not be revisiting their website or purchasing from this company.

After nearly five months, I have now received a direct refund from FurnishMyHome.ca. However, the refund was only issued following an Amex claim, public scrutiny, and repeated legal threats from the owner, Antoine Shammas.
This review remains as a record of my experience. While I am no longer financially out of pocket, the conduct I faced throughout this process — including intimidation, harassment, and refusal to honor the company’s own stated return policy — is deeply troubling.
Consumers should be aware of the risks of transacting with this company.

Despite this, the customer has portrayed the item as if it were completely destroyed, creating a misleading impression that does not reflect the actual condition of the product.
Unfortunately, even after our good-faith efforts to address the situation professionally, the customer has chosen to keep the product while obtaining a refund through a fraudulent chargeback.
What’s also concerning is the customer’s ongoing campaign of online harassment and slander across multiple platforms. A pattern of behavior that reflects an intent to damage our reputation rather than resolve a genuine issue.
We work hard to serve our customers with honesty, fairness, and transparency. It’s disheartening to be targeted this way despite doing everything right.
FurnishMyHome.ca will continue focusing on delivering value and success, standing by the principles that have earned us the trust of thousands of satisfied customers.
I ordered dining room chairs from this company. They were beautiful when they arrived and looked EXACTLY like they did in the picture. The chairs arrived in PERFECT CONDITION. The way this company packaged my chairs the could have travelled around the world and back and still would have arrived in PERFECT CONDITION. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Communication was almost immediate! (Check your spam) Be aware that your purchase will sit in a “hold” state until the payment clears. We ordered bedside tables and matching dressers. These items were delivered with meticulous care! The 2 guys were AMAZING! Friendly and professional; treated our home and myself, like a palace and a queen! Highly recommended for your next furniture purchase! (Sidebar; my first choice were items from Crate and Barrel, but we just couldn’t pull the trigger on that as there were way too many unknowns; delivery cost and level of delivery; actual quality of pieces over time, lastly the exorbitant cost) funny though, these pieces ended up being similar cost but we have had them in our home for 6 wks now and the exceptional quality is evident and we are thrilled and would order from “Furnish my Home” again!
