I have apologised to the Furniture Company, it was actually a different furniture company that I was unhappy with!
One item delivered on time, beatiful quality so very happy but second item delivery postponed, second delivery date then suddenly postponed at last minute, spoke to one of the customer team and was told a further delivery date but have not received any notification to confirm so in the air as to when this item is scheduled for delivery.

Great product but very expensive delivery
Ordered a dressing table mirror and the prodcut is wonderful. Well made, really good value and exaclty what I wanted.
The negative side is the franky ridiculous delivery charge. £50 - which was their cheapest rate. I was initially shown a delivery cost of £70.
Of course I had the option not ot purchase and this was my choice but for sure this cost will put some off. Other than purchasing white goods I have never encountered such high delivery costs before. It is a real deterent to using this company again.

Had to cancel the order as delivery was taking too long. TBF the furniture.co.uk part was fine and the refund was processed quickly but your courier company really let you down on delivery and customer service: their rep on the phone was rude & unhelpful.

Great furniture/ delivery service not so much
Great furniture, I love the tetbury set only criticism is that delivery was scheduled and the men turned up a day early without warning no call or txt to check and I paid for gold service take box/packaging etc and I had to tell them To do this and I’m lucky I was home else £413 would of been left outside in full view of anyone

Only 1 bedside cabinet when picture…
Only 1 bedside cabinet when picture shows 2 message and they started to reply and now nothing, won't reply. Afew marks on the wardrobes and chest of draws, they are very cheaply made, you literally get what you pay for cheap. Also had to pay an extra charge £30 because it was on the second floor, even though I mentioned when I ordered!

I can not personally fault this company. We purchased a kitchen island from them, which was lovely and very well made, but unfortuantely too big for our kitchen space. They were easily available on the phone and very helpful. They delivered it and put it together within the time slot I was given and they collected it and refunded me within a week and without any problems. Excellent. I wish there were more companies with your work ethic. Thank you.

It is very well made, with quality solid wood and every attention to detail is taken to this beautiful romance collection.
It looks beautiful and a perfect match for bedroom two.
Customer service is excellent. Any issues encounted are resolved directly.
The platinum delivery service is value for money. The furniture is delivered, taken to the designated room, should an item need to be assembled, this is included within the £49.99 delivery service, in my case it was the assembly of a French style double wardrobe, and this was assembled in no time at all in a professional and friendly manner. All packaging is taken away.
A superb service, each member of staff I have dealt with have provided a professional and friendly service.
I would most definitely use Furniture.co.uk again and highly recommend them.

Damaged
The coffee table is very nice but arrived damaged. We had to re-glue the draw reinforcer back into place, and the strut which runs between the legs under the draws also needed re-screwing into place. It is scratched in two places too. With the amount of packaging there’s no way this was damaged in transit, so was sent out in this condition. We needed it quickly and couldn’t be bothered to go to the hassle of returning it.

I ordered a chest of drawers in Antique White, but when it arrived, the colour was more grey than white. I contacted the company, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They offered to exchange it for the white version and arranged the replacement free of charge.
The chest of drawers is beautifully made, excellent quality, and looks fantastic in my home. The way the company handled the issue was professional, helpful, and hassle-free.
