I was very dubious about ordering furniture online as it’s difficult to judge the quality but I went ahead and I am not disappointed. From placing the order, to delivery it was first class. The delivery men were great, very helpful and careful. The quality of my bedroom furniture is beautiful. Solid, stylish and is exactly what I wanted.

We are very happy with this purchase. Well made, with all the parts well wrapped and all the necessary lugs secured. The colour is well-matched to our current furniture. The design is not too 'heavy' as some oak furniture can be.
Lead time for delivery was good. Delivery was excellent. We were kept informed of the driver's arrival time and he was very pompt. We have no hestitation in recommending Furniture Plus Online and will be happy to purchase from them in the future.

I want to thank you for an excellent service! From the point of ordering to delivery was brilliant! You were most kind in holding back delivery until we were ready (decorating). The delivery was really good and a nice couple of chaps, who rang 30 minutes prior to arriving . The packaging was really good and took a longtime to unwrap, nothing was damaged, it’s all beautiful and we are thrilled thank you!

Saw product on-line. I had some questions and so made a phone call. Very helpful member of staff answered all my queries and so I placed order which was delivered within time frame into the room of my choice by two careful and courteous delivery men.

My furniture arrived during the allotted time and I was given a 30 minute warning. It was very well packed and the packaging was removed leaving my item where I wished it to be. I was given courteous service by the delivery man and over the phone when I called to confirm the date.
