Very pleased with product, fast, efficient service, polite helpful driver.

Never ordered furniture before without physically seeing it. Was quite nervous going for the Vancouver table and chairs in hope that it matched with our existing furniture. Was given 4 weeks on delivery, very happy to receive an email around 10 days later to arrange delivery which was agreed for the day after. Spot on with quality and exactly what we was hoping for. Service and ordering was excellent as rang to place the order. Would definitely place further orders if ever needed more of the Vancouver range.

Delivery driver brought furniture in its boxes to my hall way , he had to push the boxes as he didn’t use a trolley , but it worked ok as the package was well protected.
He wore PPE and so did we, all good.
He was helpful and happy.
So all very good service in general.

Always dubious using an on-line furniture store, but I need not have worried. Furniture arrived, almost to anticipated order date - which bearing in mind current restrictions I was impressed with. Well packaged, so no damage. Thought wrong door handles had been delivered, rang and spoke to really helpful customer services, only to find correct handles were under the sideboard!
My only fault would be a request that the email advising the delivery date is written in full. 02/03/21 I took to be 2 March, but i took a call from delivery driver on 3 February to say he was half an hour away. As we weren’t expecting delivery my husband wasn’t here, but the delivery driver was absolutely brilliant and extremely Covid safely helped me with delivery.

I bought a TV stand in original oak and a nest of tables in original oak, the service was excellent, delivery came exactly when they said it would, the furniture itself is even nicer than the pictures online, really robust and heavy, very well made, I am very pleased, cheaper than most I viewed online. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The small bookcase/cupboard we purchased was of an excellent quality and the furniture was delivered well before the expected delivery date. It was fully built and very well wrapped.

I have bought several items from Furniture Plus over the years and never had any problems with deliveries. Unfortunately due to COVID this led to my recent order being messed up due to the delivery company sending the wrong goods. I cannot praise enough Lewis from our local warehouse not only getting my missing item courier serviced to him but also personally delivering the missing item and removing the erroneous item from me. Fantastic service from a great company.
