BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! They will try to sell to you what they are not selling and less updated in the market! They came to my house to change an average washing machine AA+ energy rating to give me an old Washing machine with the rating D and when I tried to call them they were very rude and did not let me speak. They took advantage that it was my landlord who bought the machine without seeing the machine asking them to replace my old one, but they were con artists and brought a machine that should not be in the market anymore because of its energy rating.
The law has changed since 2014 for washing machine energy rating from A to AAA+
They sell old appliances without thinking that we are the ones paying the bill. No consideration or respect for customers whatsoever! There’s better and affordable on the market!

Rude delivery staff caused such a commotion that I had two neighbours at my door to see what was happening and the two delivery men ad to be asked repeatedly to lower their voices so as not to disturb my neighbours. One of the delivery men was upset when asked to be careful when he had no regard for the value of my wifi router, more expensive than the bed frame. They then complained that they did not have enough room to assemble the bed. I live in a studio flat , and eventually they left with the bed frame and I have asked for the order to be cancelled. This is a company i will never do business with again.
