Furfries has used a frauduleus method (music app with in app purchase without reference to a subscription) to deduct money. Furfries does not answer phones, also not during their opening hours. They never have a live agent available. Their AI agent promises to return money and confirm this by mail, but they don't do this. This is a frauduleus company. I have had to cancel my debit card and I have requested my bank to return money

1. Took money without having stock.
2. Still waiting a month later for return of money.
3. Couldn’t tell me when I would get refund.
4. Told by a manager they would send some kind of discount voucher but not received that.
5. Told I had to contact my bank to try and retrieve money.

Placed the order, heard nothing for over a week & then suddenly received a refund ! No explaination whatsoever as to why my order was not fulfilled.

I ordered 2 weeks ago so when I did not receive my package, I rang them and the lady checked and came back to me to say that they are changing warehouses and they are very sorry!
Personally I think they should have e-mailed me to let me know why there was a delay!
Also today 19th November I am still waiting!!!!
