Fast service, good price and secure packaging. The Rosemary infused Rapeseed oil has become a staple of my kitchen cupboard over the last few years as it is superb.

The flavoured oils are excellent—especially the smoked and lemon varieties
The flavoured oils are excellent—especially the smoked and lemon varieties. Customer service is top-notch, delivery is quick, and the quality is great at a very reasonable price compared to typical olive oils.

Excellent quality
I just wanted to let you know that I received my order incredibly quickly. I placed it on Friday and it arrived by lunchtime on Saturday, perfectly packaged and in excellent condition, without excessive packaging.
This was actually my first time having a delivery, as a colleague usually stops by your shop to pick up supplies for me. I have remained loyal to the brand ever since attending one of your tour evenings — the quality truly speaks for itself.
Thank you for such a fantastic product and great service.

Hello Judy. Thank you so much for such a brilliant review — you’ve made our day!
We’re so pleased your first delivery experience lived up to expectations (and that it arrived in record time!). We work hard to make sure everything is carefully packed without unnecessary packaging, so it’s lovely to hear that noticed.
It means the world to us that you’ve stayed loyal since attending one of our tour evenings — that’s exactly where the Fussels story begins.
Thank you again for your continued support — we look forward to supplying you again soon.

The flavoured oils are fantastic
The flavoured oils are fantastic, the smoked and lemon in particular. Customer service is also first class with prompt delivery and quality oils at a really good price point particularly when compared with olive oils.

The best rapeseed oil I've used
I’ve used Fussels smoked rapeseed oil for some time now and the flavour is excellent and enhances things like spaghetti (to accompany Spag bol) and if frying mince or other meats that take the flavour well. I really recommend it. A delay with the shopping delivery - which was nothing to do with Fussels - was reported to their Customer Services, and very quickly and efficiently dealt with by Andrew Bowles Barrett (thank you Andrew) and the parcel arrived soon after his intervention. If you haven't tried their products, especially the rapeseed oil, give it a go.

Thank you so much, Mema — what a lovely review to read!
We’re thrilled to hear how much you’re enjoying the smoked rapeseed oil (it’s a favourite of ours too, especially with pasta 🍝). And thank you for your kind words about Andrew — we’re so pleased he was able to step in and help get things sorted quickly.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and continued support — it means a great deal to our small team here at Fussels.

Oil fantastic. Mayo awful.
I came for the oil, the cold pressed rape seed oil is fantastic.
The order worked out no more expensive adding mayo to get free postage. Unfortunately the mayo tastes like it's made with engine grease, cloying and awful. This may just be rape seed mayo, it may have been overly processed and is on the point of splitting. I'll stick to the oil!

Hello Sam.
Apologies for the delay in responding to your review.
Thank you for your honest feedback — we’re so pleased to hear you’re enjoying our cold-pressed rapeseed oil.
We’re sorry to hear the mayonnaise wasn’t to your taste. As with many food products, flavour is very personal, and our classic mayonnaise does have a distinct character thanks to the rapeseed oil. That said, it certainly shouldn’t taste unpleasant or as though it’s splitting, so if you’d ever like us to look into a specific batch, please do get in touch with our team directly — we’re always happy to help.
We really appreciate you giving it a try and for your support of our oil.

Delicious oil, service and delivery
The website is really easy to use and the offers are marvellous. I have been using Fussels Oil for years and will not use anything else. I have always struggled with oil seed rape fields and being severely allergic. Yet since using the oil, I haven't had any concerns or worries. Delicious tasting oil

Obviously, we haven't eaten any of the products yet and one pack of mayonnaise is for a christmas present, but the response to the order was prompt and well packaged. I am looking forward to sampling the mayonnaise.
