I've had a great experience with Xavier
I've had a great experience with Future! Definitely appreciate the fluidity of communication with the trainer and the format of the exercises. Also appreciate how my trainer, Xavier, challenges me with new workouts, different movements and I've definitely had overall progress toward my goals. Gives me something to look forward too each week!
One change that could be made is to let the user change their workout schedule, if they need to push a workout a day back. Mainly so we don't have to hit up the trainer just for that! They got more important things to do I'm sure, but otherwise all great!

Authentic approach at fitness
Got a free trial and was motivated to start future after i got my genome sequenced and learned info about benefits of particular work outs. So far so good with them. Worth trying them out.
