We approached Sian to advise us throughout our mortgage process as it was our first ever mortgage application so everything was new and unknown to us, complicated further as we were remortgaging to help with the deposit of the new property.

Sian took what could have been a very stressful situation and guided us very smoothly through the entire process. She explained clearly what our various options were, and advised well in situations where the perfect deal wasn't as obvious as it seemed. Sian was always available and responsive, either via email or telephone, even giving us her personal number for any emergency enquiries. Once the application had been made, Sian stayed with us making sure that we did everything we could to ensure an accepted offer - even chasing third-parties on our behalf to save us sitting through the lengthy calls.

We've just had both our mortgages accepted and we couldn't have done it without Sian, would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future should the situation arise.

From the very first contact with Sian until the completion of the mortgage Sian was at the end of the phone or answering an email to us even when we hit a few problems she was there to talk us through it, and to move forward, as ours was not such a straight forward mortgage to obtain Sian was really focused on how to get there and without her help we are sure we would not have got there.

Amazing service from Sian at Future Planning Mortgages. I came to her with a fixed idea of the mortgage that i wanted and she was able to use her knowledge of the industry to help me make 2 switches and get a deal with the same interest rate that I had found but staying with my current provider. She was very patient with me as we went through the process and as someone who changes mortgages every 2-3 year I can honestly say I have never had a simpler mortgage switch.

Purchasing your very first property can be a stressful time, however the service provided before, during and even after was above and beyond ensuring everything was completed smoothly. Any issues had (with the seller) were quickly resolved even when it was not down to the adviser to do so. I highly recoomend for all financial advice and have referred to friends who have also recieved great service.

We have also used since for our life asssurances and estate planning.
