No refund after weeks and no reply
I ordered jewelry a few weeks ago. dhl didnt deliver it correctly so the package was stolen/lost. I would get a refund… its been weeks and i havent gotten any refund and i get no replies. Im waiting till tomorrow, before im taking the next step. This is absolutely insane. Why does it take this long? Weeks? Be for real

The shipment was sent via DHL Express and unfortunately was stolen out of your post box. I immediately initiated an investigation with DHL; however, response times in such cases are sometimes outside of my control.
As soon as the case was confirmed, I issued a full refund as quickly as possible.
I always aim to resolve issues fairly and as fast as possible, and I continuously work to improve both my processes and communication.
