I ordered 3 bottles but got 6 web site was confusing, I tried the Audizen for ear ringing but after using 2 bottles with no difference I returned all six bottles for a 100% refund as advertised but still haven't received it after 4-5 emails and 1 phone call which went right to voice mail. I do not recommend buying from them

I took it for weeks with no result at all. My tinnitus is as bad today as when I started…
Now I listened to a presentation about Audifort that felt familiar and the bottle looks almost the same. The reviews I could find for Audizen were really great so I bought the product.
Now I wonder…

This product is totally useless. Unfortunately I fell for a scam. Don't purchase this item and don't listen to the ads.

Well, as they say, you should have known better. Purchased the product on the hope it would at least improvie my tinnitus but no go, it does not work. Contact them after the 60 day refund period and they said no good, no assistance, not even a partial or goodwill gesture. Just see ya, thanks for your dough.
Anyway, another lesson learned.

Had to give it one star just to be able to review but in all actuality they are -100! The company also sells a product that goes by the name Tinnitis Fix”. It’s the same infomercial and ingredients etc…
The product has so many ingredients (which wasn’t advertised) and most are herbal which could be toxic to the liver! It also has artificial sweetener. It made me sick! I reached out to the company via email and they gave me a return address and that I would need to pay the costs to return, even though I paid an extra $20 to ship to me to begin with and it took a week anyway. I’m going to TRY to send it all back for a refund since I spent around $400! I’ve learned my lesson. It’s definitely a SCAM! Tinnitus is no joke and taking advantage of people like this is criminal. Someone needs to investigate and shut this down so no one else gets duped out of lots of money! I wonder if Dr. OZ and the other people know how they are using him in their infomercials. A crime!

That one star was just to get this text box. I do not give them one star, I give them minus ten stars. I ordered six bottles. They arrived in single bubble wrap packages. I did not open due to the liquid had leaked into the bubble wrap. I will not put a product into my body if the products is open enough to leak out. If product can get out, bacteria can get in. I packaged it up and sent it back. No refund. I’ve complained, still no refund. I am not getting customer service. It’s Nov. and I sent product back in Sept. they said seven to ten days….nope.

I was told it takes 6 months to get the full results but they only give you 2 months to return it. When I told them it wasn't working they keep telling you the results will be good to just keep taking it. They try to push you past the return window. They just give an address to send it back. I did send it back and was nervous because I read reviews of people never getting their refund. This is a scam and the drops DO NOT WORK. Over $300 for 6 bottles because they know we will try anything to get rid of this buzzing and ringing from Tinnitus. I finally got my refund but it took several phone calls and telling them I was going to turn them in for fraud..

Keep your money in your pocket!!! Do not order!!!! After three bottles, using every day, no change $200 wasted. The money-back guarantee is a joke -- because it expires after 60 days, and three bottles takes you 90 to finish! The customer service is all done by bots --- Do not order!!!!!!!!!

Just doesn’t work. Scam as far as I’m concerned. I tried it. No affect whatsoever. If you have tinnitus you’ll try anything once. Save your money

I ordered 2 bottles for my husband. He used them daily for 2 months with no change in the constant ringing that he experiences. He had thrown the first bottle away, but we called and were told to return the bottle for the refund, which we did. There are several things you must do to qualify for the refund, but even after 6 weeks, several calls and a number of emails, we had no refund. I do not trust this company, despite very convincing advertising and infomercials. I'm glad we didn't waste more money than we did. I just received notice that they sent a partial refund, which is less than half of what we paid. I strongly advise not ordering, even from the official website, which we did.

ZERO Stars. Do not waste your time. You will battle to try and get your money back. They have now given me three different addresses to ship back. I even told support the one address they gave me was not an actual address. It is a scam to give you to run around, I do not feel I will ever get my money back

Audizen is not worth it if is was free. Does not work!
I have tried to get my money back. There is no one at home, so to speak.

No star and the most horrible support I have experienced. I have been communicating with their support for almost two months to get my refund and up until this moment I have not gotten my refund yet 317.58 usd. Their product didn’t work for me and I returned the products on time. I paid 20 usd to shipping fee for returned package but up until now I haven’t gotten the refund!
