Premma, an a amazing account manager
I made a deposit to invest with FXPrimus a few years ago, but I did not yet do any trading till my current account manager, Premma encouraged me to start in March this year. Please note that your concern and inquiry was addressed by our Team and the relevant Departments and was responded to on Email with Ref Number_#1300907, where the below breakdown and explanation was provided regarding the issue you faced:
Upon investigating Order IDs 3533005 & 3533264, positions on EURGBP and USDNZD respectively, that had their stop loss filled during the CPI news release.
Please also be informed that SL on the 1st position was filled when the price rose from 0.84298 to 0.84370 and on the 2nd position when price itched up from 0.60908 to 0.61123.
Kindly note the following:
Sell positions originate at bid price and close at ask, while buy positions originate at ask and close at bid. Charts display the bid price by default.
In order to add the ask price >> right click on Chart >> Properties >> Common >> Add ask price.
However, the stop loss on both positions was filled at a different and worse price than the one requested thus negative slippage.
Slippage most often occurs during periods of illiquidity during:
- Market openings – 00:00 Server time
- Late European night and early mornings
- And other factors or high volatility due to:
- News announcements
- Economic events
- Or simply during sharp price movements.
Kindly note that if you do not wish to get slipped, you should either avoid stop loss and or should not trade during news. Additionally, Stop loss is considered a stop order and stop orders are not guaranteed to get filled at the price requested. Limit orders such as buy/sell limit and take profit will be executed at the price requested or a better than the requested one.
Your positions are executed correctly and we did not identify any issues with them.
Furthermore, we kindly urge you to refrain from using defamatory comments against our organization as we have tried our utmost best to accommodate you.

So far so good
So far so good. Have been trading with this broker for few years. I haven't had any problem on deposit and withdrawal money. Although i haven't trade big lot yet, still using micro lot.
My account manager MD IMRAN HOSSAIN is very quick in responding to any question i had and he is checking up on me from time to time. So i can say the customer service is good.

Wonderful service
