Bought a game from the website on March, got a call the next day saying there is no stock as of now. Gave me vague details about new stock coming, even said they were not sure IF there was any stock coming. Tried to upsell me for a different version of the same game. I just said I would consider it and ended the call. Got an email from them giving me the bank details to send the additional money to. Thought the situation was sus and went to one of the physical stores to confirm. Staff there confirmed the receipt was legit but the email also felt suspicious to them and they advised me against anything. If this is how they regularly call customers about their orders even their own staff don't trust it. Decided to just wait it out as they told me the game would "probably" have stock by next week, again they were very vague but I decided to stick with it bc price wise it was still reasonable. They called me a few days later asking if I want to buy the different version again for a reduced price. I said no again bc of what the store staff told me. They said they will update me on the stock. Called them today asking about the stock and they confirmed with me that there is no stock coming. They didn't inform me like they said they would until I called. Got a refund but a very big waste of my time. I would say this experience has made me very suspicious and wary of them.
