Mike was friendly and professional and provided helpful comments during the assessment. He also took care to explain the findings of the EPC and made calls on our behalf to clarify our queries on the drop in EPC rating over a relatively short period. Tremendous service, from the initial phone call to Graham & Sibbald to the resulting Level 2 survey report. Our surveyor, Richard, not only provided us with easily the most detailed and comprehensible surveyor report we've had to date, but also took the trouble to make a phone call ahead of of the report itself to give us his positive feedback in a friendly and engaging way.
