Jay has been so great to work with, he is fast, thorough and although totally professional, he is also extremely friendly and personable. He lets me know whenever he is maybe running late, and if it is necessary to reschedule, he gets me in as soon as possible.

The last mowing/trimming job was handled quite well, but my experience otherwise has been abysmal. Overall, to this point, I give Lawn Starter a two-star rating, at best.

LawnStarter has been fantastic for us! There are tons of options in the area and finding the right company or person was overwhelming for sure. But using LawnStarter made finding an outstanding provider a piece of cake. We communicate, book, and pay all in the app, even being able to tip and review to show our appreciation.

Pro missed appt after two days & I canceled service. Pro didn't contact me on the second day of absence
