Graham + Sibbald recently supported the 13th Allerton Scout Group with the develop of a Schedule of Condition Report for their Scout hut HQ building. Harry and Connor who led the assessment were both excellent. They were extremely generous with sharing their expertise and offered practical advice in an easy to understand and pragmatic manner. The report was comprehensive, of a very high quality and produced quickly after the site visit. I would highly recommend their service to others.

I recently used Graham and Sibbald for the home report on my flat. Despite requesting the report at relatively short notice they were able to accomodate me on my preferred date. The final report was available the following day which allowed me to get my property onto the market quickly. I dealt with Karen and Theo who were courteous, helpful and very professional. Overall the service was excellent.

Kyle Porter arrived on appointed time and completed his visit quietly finishing with a brief outline of his findings with report to follow, just what was asked for.

G+S came and did my home report for my property. Kevin came to do it and he was extremely professional and helpful. The report was carried out and emailed over in a great timely manner and I am happy with the report. Would recommend G+S to anyone.

Craig was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the process. He took the time to explain what would happen and carried out a detailed survey of our property answering all questions we had along the way. This is the 2nd time we have used Graham & Sibbald over the last few years and both times they have been excellent and provided the correct level of detail and accuracy within the Home reports. Dominic arrived to carry out home report. He guessed the value! When confronted about his guesstimate! and showing him comparable figures in the same area, same properties he increased by a whopping £20,000 .Still undervalued. He failed to return calls ignored emails and ignored text messages too.When I complained to his superiors they adopted a couldn't care less attitude too.Once they have your money the don't care. Sold the house at a loss.

Graham was the surveyor who conducted the survey for my property in wishaw and prepared home report. He was very friendly, communicative, knowledgable, with excellent manners, patient with my questions and clearly explaining them. His timing was excellent and the report was produced next day . absolutely delighted with his professional yet friendly service and would definitely recommend him
