After moving out of the house , I didn’t get my deposit back , there was a stain on the carpet and instead of just deducting money for carpet cleaning they took the whole deposit and told me the Landlord said they would keep the other money for decorations and wall painting of which after the assessment the wall on the stairs where a little bit dirty with a fair wear and tear assessment. I wouldn’t wish anyone to go through something like this after moving .

I made an application and I didn't pass eligibility because I didn't send all my financial papers and they said tough you have to wait another 6 months. I believe these things happen for a reason I saw the other 1 star rating.

Do not bother or waste your time with this company.
They appear and treat you decently until they have to actually do their job.
Me and many other housemates have had an awful time and experience living within their houseshares and I am sure this will be an ever occurring thing.
Would not recommend anyone to live at one of their properties EVER.
Racist, sexist and they do not care about your living quality.
They let the house fall apart, sewage burst from pipes inside and outside the house, sinks and radiators constantly leaking, rubbish constantly overflowing as they do not get adequate bins for the house.
They let druggies and drunks into the house and do not evict these people even after multiple countless occasions where police have been involved it is that bad.
They have no respect for the house or the tenants. Good luck to anyone who will live in one of these places.
