Descriptions inaccurate and poor sizing
Purchased boots because they are described as being extra wide fitting. The boots are not extra wide fitting and are narrower than regular boots when we did a comparison despite sizing up by a half size. Really disappointed

Quick service
I received the boots very quickly, sadly they were too big , I found having to get a label printed a little difficult. I have posted them back today. Gabor are always a favourite of mine, the quality is very good.

DISAPPOINTED
I ordered some of their sandals which I was told were so comfortable. Tried them on at home & wore them ONCE to work. They have taken the skin off two toes. I have never ever taken shoes back & I do understand that I’ve worn them outside ONCE but honestly I would have hoped for better. I was told by Customer Service that because I have worn them outside they would not issue a refund. Now I am stuck with £55 flip flops that I have to wear around the house to “wear them in” before I can wear them again. First though, the skin on my toes has to repair.
Customer service were quick to respond. Obviously telling me they couldn’t help.
