Flawless from start to finish
Dropped my phone and my mic stopped working some of the time. Easy to book online, email responses super quick too to clarify a couple of bits. Then got a text night before to give collection time. Collected when they said. Repaired within the day and dropped back in the evening. They even fixed my camera (which I didn't know as an issue) at no extra cost. Brilliant service at a really fair price. Would use again without hesitation.

iPhone 11 LCD Screen
My iPhone 11 screen was cracked and I paid online to have it fixed by GadgetWiz. Brilliant customer service, from the time they took my phone in for repair til I received it back. The guys at GadgetWiz made sure I was always kept in the loop about the progress and how long it would take to arrive back home to me. My phone works brilliantly and have zero complaints. I would advise for anybody to use this place from my own experience.

Great as of now 💜
Great as of now I was so ecstatic to see my phone screen fixed perfectly I’m sure they use the correct display I asked as it looks quite similar, so I’m going to have to trust them on that since I did pay some extra money for it, for the original finish. Yeah and overall I really think the service was swift and the delivery people were quite nice too.

Will you get Amazing Service at Low Value?
I am sure everybody is wondering if they will get good quality service for the lower or more than competent prices GadgetWiz charge and that to from the comforts of their home. I can assure you that not only did they provide amazing service but they exceeded my expectations with their excellence. To give you a brief summary of what happens, the gadgets you request to repair are collected usually in the mornings and more often than not the service is completed the same day and the rectified gadgets returned back to you. If there is an issue or delay, the customer is kept informed at all times. Unlike other companies who might try to leech extra money out of you for hidden repairs, GadgetWiz have the customers interests in their heart end-to-end — from the time they collect your gadget, repair it and return it back to you. In my personal case, my iPhone back glass was badly damaged and looks as good as new now (like out of a box after your first purchase the device) and my iPad screen and camera (which was quite badly damaged) now works amazingly well. They also replaced the batteries for both the devices and this has made a noticeable difference to the performance of both the devices. The devices are also sanitised before they are returned which should reassure potential customers, especially vulnerable ones. I would also like to mention the names involved that I corresponded with and would like to place my special thanks to them all . . . David, Ali and Emma thanks a lot. You are a credit to your organisation. I will definitely be using you guys again in the near future as and when required!

Good overall experience!
Although, my gadget was not collected on the date I chose online, I was kept well informed. Collection was smooth (no packaging required) and the repaired device was delivered next day, all at a competitive price. I have used the device for 1 day only but can't find any fault with the work yet. Overall, a satisfied customer and would use them again.
