Battery life still v.poor...
I've been told that my battery was a like-for-like replacement but the discharging is as poor as ever and rated at only 75% capacity of what it should be. Was it even changed? Was a cheap replacement added? Who knows unless i open it up myself. They also refused to provide the original battery back to me so overall no proof of replacement took place.

Excellent service
Excellent service. My phone was picked up in the morning, repaired and returned in the evening. Such a great service as I didn’t have the time to take to a shop, wait etc etc. Plus I couldn’t find a place that was prepared to replace the back glass of an iPhone. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Communication at all stages was also excellent

Scam artists
1. Charged me a total of £160 for charging port repair and a battery replacement, but the laptop never worked again. I sent it twice to get it fixed, but they failed to repair it.
3. Don’t trust this company. They will treat you nice on the phone to get you to place the order and then trick you into paying for a service they fail to deliver.

Hi Kate, this is a dishonest review. Your MacBook was booked in for a charging port repair when in fact there was liquid damage to the device as well as a damaged battery that you failed to inform us. We replaced and fixed all the parts and provided our report, furthermore we have given a full refund due to your unhappy experience with the charging port. Our team have also gone out their way to accommodate your collection addresses (collecting and dropping to multi addresses) GadgetWiz has gone beyond customer excellence to help with your device. Excellent customer service…
I asked gagetwiz to repair my broken screen. They were super quick and super helpful.
A problem arose and they resolved it amicably.
I would definitely use them again and I have learnt a lot.
I would also definitely recommend them. They were really nice and saved me a lot of time and money.

I just wish to add more GadgetWiz positivity they doubled checked my iPad Pro, they repaired ,I noticed a line down the screen. They came back picked it up and kept me informed of its Progress etc. The point am making is Quality care and professionalism given was TOP. Very happy thanks again.

Exactly as advertised
GadgetWiz fixed the broken screen on my iPhone XS. They picked up the phone on time (I was able to book a Monday morning slot on Sunday night) and returned it to my doorstep the same evening, with everything fixed as promised. Very good experience with the company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Quick and easy to deal with
Quick and easy to deal with, they fixed my phone when others said they couldn't, would def go there first in future.
Slight negative was not being able to track pick up and delivery, which meant i had to be available for all day and evening in case they showed up - but the 1 day turnover is well worth it!

iPhone back repair
I totally smashed the whole back of my new iPhone - contacted apple and they quoted me £500 for the repair!!
I found this company through a google search and understandably was a little apprehensive initially. However, when I spoke to a technician, he was extremely professional and friendly and explained exactly what I would expect. On the morning of the expected collection date, a lovely professional gentleman came within the given time frame and the phone was delivered to me the same day in a brand new condition! This was within 24 hours of me making the first call. Amazing! I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their work and preofessionaliam. Would rate them a 10 if I could!

Fantastic service, had an ipad 7 with a smashed screen, pre-ordered the date of pick up, they collected within the time they said they would, they fixed and delivered the ipad on the same day! And in the time they said they would, Amazing!
