Incredible customer service
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Gaia. Their team is always incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive to emails — something that honestly feels rare these days. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes the time to provide thoughtful support.
The filter itself is excellent. I have blonde hair and have always struggled with it turning brassy shortly after leaving the hairdresser. Usually within a week I’d notice the change, but since using this filter, my blonde has stayed bright for much longer. It’s made a noticeable difference and has taken away a long-standing frustration.
Great customer service combined with a product that actually delivers — there really aren’t many companies like this today. I couldn’t recommend enough!

No Customer Service.
Extremely disappointed with the experience so far. We ordered the filter initially, and then discovered that it didn’t fit our shower so we needed to purchase an additional adapter. The adapter was ordered over a week ago but still hasn’t arrived.
We’ve emailed three times and received no response. We also tried contacting them via Instagram but have had no reply there either. The tracking link provided does not work, which makes it even more frustrating.
The website also states that delivery in Ireland is free, yet we were charged for delivery at checkout.
At this stage, the lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, we can’t comment on the product itself as we haven’t been able to use it. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company.

Your order was delivered within 4 working days, which is within our normal delivery timeframe in Ireland. During that week, we were in the process of switching couriers, which caused an issue with some tracking links not updating correctly. This was identified and resolved quickly, but we understand how that added to the confusion.
In terms of communication, your emails came through on Thursday evening and Friday morning. As a small team, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but there can occasionally be a short delay, especially during busy periods. That said, we always aim to get back to everyone as soon as we can and we absolutely take this feedback on board.
We genuinely care about our customers and their experience so this is disappointing to hear that this was yours.

Not a unique product - Rip Off
I've already tried to flag the fact that this "company" is simply rebranding cheap $10 filters from China and passing them off as their own invention. Just try an image search on alibaba and all will become clear. Funnily enough any comment is immediately deleted and blocked. Speaks volumes.
People have been ripped off by this pair - shameful excuses for entrepeneurs
Updated in response to Gaia’s feedback which I do appreciate.
While I completely understand that many items are sourced via global production houses, it’s disappointing to read that you are still asserting that the filtration system is unique to yourselves.
The exact same filtration make-up is reflected on both the manufacturers site plus any other companies who sell this product.
If customers are paying €90 for what is effectively customer service then I find that disingenuous on your part.
My aim here is to shine a light on a white label product that you are simply rebranding and applying a 1000% markup. That’s not “coming at you”, it’s simply helping others to make an informed decision.

Like most products in this category, manufacturing is done through established global partners. Amazing customer service
I had trouble getting the filter to fit as my shower is really old but the customer service was amazing and advised me on the adapter needed and stores near me to get them!
I would definitely recommend Gaia Filters to anyone looking for a shower filter!

The Gaia filter made a difference to my hair after only one wash. I had moved to a hard water area and the water was making my hair turn green and start to snap. I'm delighted with the difference so far, even though I have only had the filter for a week. My hair feels so much softer and cleaner.

Only wish I bought it sooner!!!
We live in Clare, and the water must not be treated at all here because it's incredibly harsh on everything, especially our skin. We notice everytime we go to a hotel or abroad how awful our own showers at home are on our skin and hair!
Since moving in to this house I've had constant dandruff and a rash on my chest just from showering.
After 2 showers with the Gaia the rash is gone and so is my dandruff. I can literally feel the difference in the water while in the shower. It's crazy!
My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner

Excellent product
II purchased the GAIA filter three months ago and was very sceptical at first but this filter delivers what it says and am so happy with the results. I purchased the adapter from GAIA but still needed extra room to attach the filter to the mixer tap on my bath. I went to my local hardware merchant and bought an adapter which did'nt cost very much and the filter fitted perfectly taking only a few minutes to fit. I noticed immediately my skin felt much softer and my hair felt healthier. My hairderesser noticed how less dry and healthier my hair was. I know the GAIA filter has made such a difference to the health of my hair and skin having used it for almost three months. The customer service is very helpful. I would highly recommend the GAIA filter
