This review is just for the last product with mushrooms and talleggio.... it's very expensive and this Italian cheese, what it's amazing- I am Italian- not exist...and fir that this product is dry and expensive...so put more talleggio it should be creamier and more balanced and it would be better to use porcini mushrooms

Best service ever in the Bracknell store. The server was so polite and sweet.

Amazing cake - one of the best that I have ever tasted. Friendly and efficient staff in the Bracknell branch. I asked for their recommendation and was told that the carrot cake was good. I'm so glad that I took the advice. Shame about the calories - otherwise it I would be tempted every time I passed.

Visit Gail's in Bracknell almost every day.
The dark mocha has a special taste of it's own and is always served by the friendly staff (Stephie always has a smile, Barbi is always kind and sincere).

Purchased a seeded sourdough bread at the Bracknell branch yesterday. When taking it out of the bag today, I realised it is burned on the top. Went to my local branch in Wokingham to complain, the assistant manager referred me to submit my complaint online, he offered a replacement but had sold out of the seeded bread. I asked if he could handle the complaint on my behalf, he said no. He mentioned it was only him and one other colleague in the store. He didn’t offer to take a note of my name and complaint, nor did he mention he would inform the Bracknell branch, nor did he offer for me to talk to his manager. I am sad about the terrible food quality of this premium brand, and also sad that assistant managers are not trained to handle complaints properly. I have reached out online, let’s see if the 1-3 working day response rate as advised by the manager is correct or if it takes longer.

Always freshly baked , beautifully made coffee, great choice of everything.

Whilst eating my lunch today, I thought about how amazing Gail's is and wanted to check their reviews in TP. I am really shocked to see such low score as I genuinely do not get that same feeling.
I have had Gails about 2-5 times a week for the last 3 months via deliveroo (Granted I don't ever sit inside or anything so maybe thats why)

I have an impeccable delivery service (Packaging, heat of the food etc, obviously the actual delivery is done by 3rd party). I order most things on the menu, from coffee, coffee beants to sausage rolls & sandwiches.

And I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that requires high quality food & is happy to pay just that little extra. It truly is worth it.

(I use almost always the Bracknell branch via Deliveroo - I will be lost if that ever goes from Deliveroo xD)
