I have now had just short of £600 sitting in my withdrawal balance for over a month. Suddenly when requesting the withdrawal I need to verify my account - perhaps they should verify accounts before allowing a deposit???

Anyway, I uploaded all the documents they asked for on no fewer than four occasions, recorded the video of myself and got a green tick every time along with a message to state that everything had been accepted, but… When I logged on to see how the withdrawal was progressing the account still wasn’t verified each and every time. 

Spoke to someone on chat a few times and apparently they can’t verify my ID as I’ve grown a beard since my passport was issued and their “software” can’t recognise the image as me. Funny how I can get in and out of other countries with the same beard and passport I sent to GS. I doubt they have software and I doubt they have any intention of paying anyone out ever. 




The casino is just a scam to relieve you of your money so take the advice of everyone here and stay clear.

The casino is also unlicensed as they’re using a fake licence number, which means they’re not regulated, which means they’re just another Nigerian entity set up to take your money that you can do nothing about legally.

I don’t get the reviews, I played with the bonus and I beat the wager eventually. I was stressed for the withdraw but I got my money in 4 business days

I’m starting to think it’s a scam site, won money and withdrew on Thursday, the website itself says 24 to 48 hours for withdrawals but the chat says 7 to 21days. No emails to say you’ve deposited or made a withdrawal, i very much doubt I’ll see the withdrawal I made.

I’m convinced this is a fraudulent site and not a genuine casino. I made two deposits; funds were removed from my bank on both occasions but only one deposit reached my account. Furthermore, on checking the transactions one vendor was listed as Slimfit, the other Marketing Education, the latter was routed via Benin, Africa.

I’ve sent multiple messages to the site via their message service and by email and have received no response.

Avoid this site as it’s not genuine. I wished I’d checked TrustPilot before I made this mistake.

Won £2000 on CHRISTMAS EVE - My account would only let me withdrawal £1750 they are now refusing to give me my money saying I can only have £300.
Disgusting and the site needs shutting down.

this casino is a Scam, they Advertise their casino on GPT (Get Paid To) Sites where you complete offer for money. so i am supposed to earn money back for completing certain requirements for this casino which is "Register, deposit and wager a minimum of €25 using a valid credit card." which i did and they still refused to pay me. they are scammers!

What can I say that hasn’t been said already!
I’ve had a withdrawal pending for 5 days up to now and after the 3rd day I received an email for more id, I replied with what they asked for but still waiting so I will update later if they ever pay out!
As for a casino I would avoid it, if you play in the uk you get charged a transaction fee for every deposit you make, anyone you live chat or email are not interested in helping or maybe they just don’t have a clue, the slots must play on the lowest rtp so you will be lucky to ever beat the 50x wager bonus, overall I would avoid this casino,
So here’s an update, withdrawal was returned after 8days even though I sent the information that was asked, I really do believe the whole site is automated with there chat system, definitely avoid this site, my stake is decent and definitely will pay out your winnings tho there is a charge,
I will keep trying to withdraw my winnings off Galaxyspins but I definitely won’t be depositing anymore and again people avoid these scammers like the plague that they are

Big promotion won over £1000 after the waging required withdraw it thinking this was great to be told by email over a week later that the most I'm aloud to withdraw is £200 and the rest of my winnings have been forfited the best of the best scammers this site do not use it .

I won some money on this site I have withdrawn it but being told need to go though fraud checks ect also the site says will pay out within 7 to 21 days it’s been day 5 still no money I will keep updated on this so other people don’t lose more money

Ha ha what absolute rigged pathetic slots.. Big promotions poor payouts. Playing bigger bass bonanza at 36p a spi, had 3 bonus rounds. 1 round won 90p other 2 rounds won nothing. I've played this game 100s of times at other sites and never ever had a bonus of 0.. on this joke site tho it actually happened twice.
