Still not received my item after a week and sent emails and never get a response. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service.

Arrived Late (a day after when delivery slot said) and when it arrived it was dumped on the front door step.

I recently ordered two items from Gallant, a pair of dumbbells and a workout mat, as part of my first ever set of gym equipment, and I’m really impressed with this company!

Beware buying replacement parts
Wished I had bought a whole freestanding punchbag unit instead of trying to replace just the bag itself - not cost-effective as the bag alone is £75 and the bag, connector and base together just £95 and I received both bag and connector in error. However the customer service once I managed to get through on the phone was far more helpful than the email exchanges and the products themselves are ok.

Unable to use do to missing then incorrect clips
Ordered body pump set with aerobic stepper. Package arrived minus bar and clips. Bar arrived next day again minus clips. Emailed to explain and a set of clips were sent out that were too large for the body pump bar. Sent an email with photograph attached and was told this would be sent to another team for review. It has now been more than a week with no response and several weeks since the initial order and have a product that I still cannot fully use
