Investigate in their delivery time!!
The item was not delivered 1 month after ordering though Galop Store kept sending emails about successful delivery with In-Post, never actually happened, had to very strongly demand a refund!

Speedy faultless service
Order some Ariat boots from them. Amazing price and very quick shipping. Communication was clear throughout the process. Will be returning for more items in the future.

Easy to order
Easy to order, quick delivery and excellent quality.
Returns are to France even though the website has a .uk extension so be very sure about sizing as it costs a fortune to post anything to France due to French taxes/charges. Eg. £37 postage to return breaches.

Very bad customer service and experience returns
Very bad customer service, the bridle came with no reins that were advertised on the website, no body answered my emails asking for them!
£65 to return the bridle I bought that didnt fit.
Iv had to sell it privately for less money.

Order not received and ZERO comms from supplier
Ordered a gate and fixings. Fixings arrived after 2 weeks, gate still outstanding. Galope says Order delivered! I say not.
Tracking number and alleged courier do not exist. No replies to emails. Escalated through PayPal for a refund. Not good because I need the gate!!!

Ordered some ariat wellington boots i needed quickly, paid over £20 to get 48 hour delivery , didnt arrive until 10 days later ! dont need the boots now as they are not here in time as promised so i ordered somewhere else and they came straight away .Phoned Gallop store to send back and refund , told to send back to FRANCE which was another £23, 4 weeks later NO REFUND OR COMMUNICATION with proof i sent them back to France , I am well out of pocket now with no communication and waiting for £170 plus all in total . I am presuming this is a CON MAN COMPANY where you cant get refunds , they just take your money , Solicitor involved now , PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
