If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a handheld gaming console from them recently. Everything looked legit except the item never arrived & I didn't receive any email or text correspondence from them at all even after contacting them. The transaction went through Monzo bank who luckily provided a receipt. After 14 days I reported this to my own bank who organised a refund.

Gamebro or BH Commerce Ltd is a UK registered company & they run professional website but I'm not convinced they are still in operation & yet someone is happily accepting payments for items that never arrive. IT'S A SCAM!!

Do not buy from this company. They take the money yet send no products. No reply on numerous emails, chatbot on website no reply, Instagram and TikTok no reply.

Gamebro is not a legitimate business. Avoid it. Gamebro has not delivered my purchase and when I queried it, they provided fake tracking details and a link to an unrelated Yodel item that seems to be permanently lost in transit. Comments on Instagram suggest this is a universal experience. The company is registered to Ben Mcleod Harvie (dob May 1994) and known legally as BH Commerce Ltd (Company No. 16310021; registered address Gemma House, 39 Lilestone Street, London, NW8 8SS).
