I ordered two games and got everything. Great!

ordered 4 borderlands tubbz figures, waited a week to be notified that my package has arrived in their shop, just to be told upon arrival that they don't have the tubbz and only had 2 other funko pop figures that i ordered along them, 1 of the funko pop figures came in damaged packaging. since it was in 2 orders i was told when i came to receive my first order that everything was fine with the order and tubbz/other figures are beeing delivered.

I bought Redragon headphones from this store, I am very satisfied with the service and help of the seller. It was worth spending the money

The gentlemen who worked in the second shift about a week ago (last Saturday) are the greatest people that can exist, we laughed, joked, and they made my desperate journey from the other side of the city, where the taxi driver took me for 500 dinars more worth it.

Buy products from them only if you don't care about the warranty. I bought a gaming keyboard 1 year and 9 months ago - recently, 3 keys began malfunctioning (being sticky, failing to respond). I sent the product for repair/replacement (they are selling it with 2 years warranty) and they basically said I'm making things up. Now, I am aware that the keyboard isn't dead, but to me, it is only partially useful (quick typing is out of the question, and the key "E" is almost unusable since you have to hammer it to get a response). I miss the point of paying 50$ for a product in their shop - you should just buy it from AliExpress for 23$ (free shipping+taxes included), since the warranty you get is identical, i.e. non-existent.

Najveca zamerka: na sajtu pise da je dostava za posiljke preko 1500din besplatna, medjutim danas mi je stigao paket od 3000din. i ja sam platio dostavu preko toga. Nije problem u placanju, vec u netacnoj informaciji.
Ako kupujete preko sajta, moze se desiti da neke stvari nemaju na stanju, ali pozvace vas ili ih vi pozovite pre narucivanja da proverite. Ostalo je sve ok.

Moram dodati da su me kontaktirali nakon sto su videli sta se dogodilo (i zeleli da refundiraju), tako da se nadam i verujem da ce i ove stvari oko sajta srediti.

Sve super osim azuriranja stanja igara na sajtu, desi se da porucim , pise da je na stanju ali posle par dana me zovu da nema te igre.Napominjem da je igr i dalje dostupna za porucivanje, a realno je nema.Pozdrav.
