Go elsewhere! Very slow repairs.
I broke my laptop screen and needed a replacement for it. Gamer tech received my laptop on April 8th. It is now May 17th - 5 weeks later and I have only just got it back and I use this laptop for work, etc. I do believe and know from experience that any other repair shop would have got this screen replacement done in half the time, if not less. It is a screen and you do have to order these, however it took 2-3 weeks for the engineer to come in and actually replace that screen after I was informed the screen had been ordered and was in their possession! The screen is fixed and it looks great, but I don't recommend these guys in the future.
Failed Service
I tried to order a graphics card but my items couldn't be shipped due to unknown reasons. I successfully made payments, invoice was issued and my account was debited an amount of £485.88 instead of the initial price on the invoice £401.16. The other day they sent me mail saying they haven't received any money but then the invoice shows that I made all payments without any balance. Question is have I been swindled? If shipment of my items has failed I would like a refund please, I worked so hard for that money to just lose it like that. I needed those items that is why I made that order but am thinking it was a wrong choice 😡

Noisy PS4
My grandsons PS4 was extremely noisy (fan issue). Collected and sent to York on Monday and returned Weds morning. All is now well and grandson delighted to play on a quiet machine. Excellent service from start to finish with regular updates throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Fully repaired PS3

Many thanks to the Gamertech team for fixing my ipod Touch. They were really nice to deal with and kept me informed by email of what was happening with this repair at every stage. It took only a day or two and was not expensive.
Repair of iPad Pro charger port
My Son’s iPad Pro charging port was very worn and wouldn’t charge so I searched for a company to repair the device. One of the first listings was for Gamer Tech, the repair pricing was very competitive and the company had very good reviews so I sent my device for repair and the the whole experience was first class. Gamer Tech kept me updated throughout the whole process and even sent photos of the completed repair. My son is overjoyed and I will definitely use this company again, thank you.
Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant customer service, fulfilled all of their promises. Made sure I was always updated with the progress of my PS4 repair. Was returned and ready on the correct date. Wonderful and will recommend to all.

5* service from start to finish
5* service from start to finish. Couldn’t fault them! I dropped my laptop and desperately need it for work, I thought it was beyond repair but GamerTech couldn’t have been more amazing in getting it fixed and back to me in such an efficient and quick timescale.
Shout out to Charlie who I initially spoke to who was able to reassure me and sort everything out so professionally - thank you! I would definitely recommend GamerTech to anyone who needs tech repairs.

This company is amazing my iPhone 11…
This company is amazing my iPhone 11 completely went crazy, they had it at least 3 times trying to resolve all the issues, they went beyond customer satisfaction I believe this repair actually cost them more than I paid, I can’t recommend highly enough, oh and the receptionist is a fitty 😂

PS5 HDMI replacement
Sent Gamertech PS5 for a replacement HDMI port, absolutely great service sent via DPD on the Thursday evening and back with me on the Tuesday morning all repaired for less than £80 inc all postage fees. Would certainly use again (although hope I don’t have too) and will defo recommend to anyone who needs a repair

First class service from start to…
First class service from start to finish. I had an Xbox One just stop working, it was out of warranty Microsoft wanted over £200.
I sent the item to Gamer Tech with a few hours they found the issue and fixed it for £60. I got the item back the next day and it works great.

superb service
Very impressed with the service as i have a classic I pod and was unable to find a local dealer to change the battery. When i spoke to Game tech the service was superb with daily updates. from posting the item off i had it returned within 7 days, superb service and i would highly recommend. Nigel st albans

Perfect service!
Fantastic company that we will definitely use again if needed. Great customer service from start to finish and so pleasant on the phone. Had a PS5 in for an HDMI port replacement. Everything was detailed and explained in full and we were provided with regular updates as to the stage of repair it was at. Very speedy turnaround too. Can't fault them at all. Would recommend 100%.
