Site is not as bad as you guys saying

I pre-Ordered Dead Island and Then later on FFXVI deluxe edition on it, And on both I got pre-order benifits.

It might be bad before but until not I don't face any issue, Both games got delivered to be just one day after the release heck even Dead Island was got to be at the same day for some reason.

I even pre-order FVII Rebirth deluxe edition from it, Which is should be arrive 1st March or if I am lucky same day in evening.

(Well the reason might be store is in munbai and so do I, So there is that short delivery time.)

The only thing I have complaint is about the fact their website has a glitch that when clicked on the account it just refresh the homepage, Meaning I can't access my order details, Though their WhatsApp said to send complaint to their emil (Which i did) but it's yet to fix it.

That is the only drawback I see it.

So mabye this guys changed and start doing good things or I am just expection amongs the terrible experience

I Ordered the PS5 on 11 Nov 2022 and my purchase was successful but did not receive any shipping details but the site showed the order was shipped. I wanted 1-2 days then I wrote an email and got the email response after 48 hours and on email, they said to wait for 10 days more. we haven't received the unit yet so when we receive we will give the shipping details to you. but still have not received any shipping details.

Do not trust this website.

Ignorant Customer Service

Ignorant Customer Service. Helpdesk email doesn't respond. Pre-orders don't arrive on time. Pre-order benefits don't apply if purchased from them. Recommend, Get Digital copy and not waste time here hoping for a Physical Disc.

Unprofessional at Refunds...Very Poor response to Customer Problems.

I ordered Farcy Primal digital version from here. But at checkout the website showed the NullRefference exception server error. I tried the same again and same result. Later I confirmed with Paytm that my payment was sent to Merchant account successfully. Since I have not received the game yet...I want to cancel my orders but they are not responding my mails properly and thier replies are not satisfacory despite the fact that, My refund request is genuine and satisfies all terms and conditions of their refund policy and I also have all the proof required to validate my refund request and ready to provide it again on Mail.

In June I went to the game shop in…

In June I went to the game shop in lakeside to pre order PS5 for Xmas .. given them my email address for them to Alert when the console is in ..at the time I asked for they needed a deposit they said no ... Couple of months went by heard nothing so went back in the game shop Sony had let a few out but I heard nothing as the gameshop didn't feed my email address through onto their system.. so redid my email address .. still heard nothing now a few weeks to Xmas and the gameshop have the display boxes in their window after waiting in a queue ... Only to be told they are empty boxes as Sony have told them they have to display the empty boxes or face a fine??? And since I didn't pay a deposit it it highly unlikely I will receive the PS5 ... They only took my email address for registering purpose only ??? Disgraceful and time wasting on the game shop and Sony as well I will now go elsewhere and get an X box instead ....
