I had some difficulty processing my payment so I reached out for help. Whomever I chatted with tried to help troubleshoot the problem. I did find it offensive that the individual inquired if I had enough funds to cover the purchase, as if I would attempt I purchase I didn't have enough money to pay for. I did later attempt to make the purchase and was successful. I had no problems with the download and installation and have not noticed any glitches in the program.
