Tried to fix an issue, their inaction lost me 60$
Placed order and noticed the zipcode was incorrect. Only the zipcode. So I try to email them for a fix, no response. Email again later, finally get a response, "fixed". Almost a month later, I check Shop.Com and find theres an error. I try messaging them again, and they said "Oh we'll fix it".
Another couple weeks goes by, still have the error, so I try to email the actual shipping company. They said they were still waiting on the package to even get to them. I message Gametee again, and they took over a month to respond "The item is lost"
So I ask for a refund, recieve "you'll get a refund when we recieve the package". But...the American based company never got the package. Suddenly "oh, oops the package is actually lost"
Of course I respond with "Can I not receive a refund then??" And they told me it was my fault. I noticed the issue immediately and tried to fix it. Their inaction caused whatever happened..
Their last email was accusatory, rude, and dismissive. Do not buy.
Edit, unable to reply. I recieved a message from customer service saying that if the package was found reguardless, I wouldn't be able to recieve the package and only a refund once returned. Not sure why that would be the case..?

Long and loyal customer!
I'm a long time customer: the first item I bought was through a Kickstarter (the leather wallet), a few years ago. Since then, I've been a loyal customer, buying other products either directly through the store or by backing their Kickstarter (dice sets, wooden chests, a lovely set of leather covers for paper notebooks, and other geeky product).
I really like everything with this company: the quality of the products is great, there is a real attention to the craft, and the one time I had a delivery issue, the customer support was very helpful and understanding, my problem was solved in a timely manner. They don't send too many emails, and they do frequent promo code for returning customer which I tend to use whenever I can!
So great customer experience, I love them!

Wonderful items incredibly well made and produced and in flawless condition. Wrapped in the coolest paper with little seals-made it even more exciting to receive. Absolutely stellar! I assure you that ordering anything from this company is the right choice.

OH EM GEE!!! Totes excitement!!! So I'm preparing to start a D&D campaign for bunch of kids aged 7 to 13 (including players who are on the spectrum and are handy-able)... now i usually buy the exquisite gemstone dice Gametee have to offer, but decided to go with something a bit more durable, Gametee's acrylic dice... and Gametee you did not disappoint! Arriving faster than expected, these dice are full of magic with little rubber duckies, pandas, ladybugs, hot pink mushrooms, real seashells and glitter! Just perfect starter dice sets for my new little adventures to inspire their imaginations, make new friends, battle monsters and role their fates!!!

Amazing customer service, good products
Fantastic customer service! My order went somewhere unexpected with the shipping company, and while they were attempting to locate my package, they held a double of the items I had ordered in case the package had to be replaced. The whole process was made way less stressful by their kindness and transparency. Also, absolutely love the quality of the items you can find there! 10/10 will return!

Damaged item quickly replaced
I purchased a 9-cubed chest from the site and it arrived slightly broken. I reached out to Gametee and they responded within a day and sent me a replacement once i provided photo proof of the damage. They were incredibly helpful polite and I am glad i am a return customer of theres.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and helpful staff. Beautifully made clothing, dice and wonderful smelling candles that continue to fill the room even when they've been extinguished. I look forward to every purchase and will continue to go back every time I want a new purchase

Honestly, such a brilliant experience
I had decided to purchase something for my US friends birthday after my flatmate had used their site frequently. Not only was the site easy to use and visually clear, it was very upfront with all costs which helped with the purchase.
Whether viewing the company via their website or seeing them running a stall at events, its clear the products are good quality and there is care that has gone into the product.

At times, it's not a good indication of a company's attitude when they send you something for free, but this isn't one of those times. I had forgotten to put something into my cart, and I panicked because if I couldn't change the order I'd have to pay for shipping again which would be twice the value of the missing item.
Not only did they let me add it to an existing order with no hoops to jump through, but they addressed a message I had left asking about restoring a wallet I had purchased through the company's initial kickstarter campaign. "Roxii", the rep in contact with me, informed me they did not currently offer a service to repair/restore old wallets. She did, however, find one of the same generation which was no longer available for sale, and included it in my purchase for free.
Obviously it being an item that isn't for sale on their website anymore, it must not have been doing anyone any good sitting around, but to me this was far and above anything I could have hoped for. I've used their wallet for 6 years, and it's still in working condition but I wanted to get it touched up so it would last even longer. Now I have an essentially brand new one on the way, just because they felt like being nice. Regardless of the reason, I like the picture it paints of the staff and the way they do business.
6/5 with rice, thanks guys

Never had a single bad experience
I've been buying from gametee for years now; both from their online store and when I see them at conventions. They're always happy to help! Everything is packaged so well for shipment to make sure it gets through transit as safely as it possibly can. All goods have arrived quickly and safely and without any issues. My first purchase was a hoodie; now 8 years ago; and I still wear it to this day!

Wary those who have an issue…
They were great until something went wrong
I spent a lot of money in a big purchase only to find it wasn't fit for purpose. When I tried to communicate with them instead of listening, understanding, apologising and sorting it out they instead created petty arguments and ignored me. This has meant that not only did they refuse to pay for me to return the faulty items they refused to pay the postage I had originally paid for it to be delivered. Each I had a legal right to. I'm not a 'customer is always right' kinda person but Thier attitude is that of customer is always wrong. AVOID.

A late Xmas review
A little late but my Husband got me a set of the Turquoise gemstone dice for Christmas and they are just stunning. He also got a gold chain mail like dice bag for them. We got a lovely leather bag that came with the dice for storing them in too. In the package was a sweet letter from the owners thanking us for our purchase. Before COVID we had been planning a dungeons and Dragons themed wedding and had been in touch with them about arranging a special order of wedding favours from them, and they had been so very accommodating and it is a great shame that we have had to delay indefinitely until we are able to actually plan our wedding again.
TLDR: Great Shop, fantastic quality items, lovely owners. Can't go wrong.

Beautiful products
First time buyer. I bought my boyfriend the handmade leather DM's Companion - Dark Edition for Christmas as he has been doing some campaigns, and he loves it. You can feel and smell the quality of the leather, and the book is refillable so you're not afraid to use it too fast. Excellent delivery and customer service, packaged beautifully - highly recommend!

Always great quality goods
Quality not as good as it seemed
I ordered from them several times, mostly dice, and one t-shirt. I made my choices based on the items' descriptions and the photos, because what else could i base them on...? Well, the dice i ordered were okay-ish, they were always kinda like in the photos (meaning had the same elements, eg. pieces of plastic, metal flake, etc inside the dice and such) but all of them looked less saturated and vibrant then in the pictures, always. They all look kinda matte too, as if they are a bit worn. It's a bit disappointing. The t-shirt i ordered also sounded a lot better in the description - in reality it isn't as soft, in fact the fabric is kind of coarse, and the print itself has this unpleasant thickness. Maybe it will be better after the first wash though.
What i really dislike is the lack of options for shipping. They offer DHL Express, which is great because it is fast, but usually i'm not in a hurry, and it kinda hurts that - for a set of dice and a shirt - i have to pay almost the same amount again just for the shipping. It would be nice to have other options to save some money.
(Canada) Shipping took half a year. Poor customer service
(Canada) Ordered a single hoodie and it took 6 months to get here. After a 2 months of waiting i emailed them asking what was up and they told me they couldnt do anything which i thought was sus. It came eventually but , i wasn't impressed by their customer service. Quality of the hoodie is top notch, very thick 100% cotton. I'm very hesitant to order from them again.
