Ordered weeks ago but still hasn't shown up and no response when I emailed them days ago. Feels like I've been scammed out of £20

Great delivery service but absolutely no response when emailed or messaged asking about when they are restocking items

Something went wrong with the shipping from UK to Sweden. And after i contacted them they solved the problem. Sometimes they were a bit slow to answer that's why they only get 4 out 5 stars.
Overall I would recommend them.

They are a very good company who care about there customers and are (in my opinion) one of the best places to buy gfuel outside of the USA

Update. I did send a message where i asked for a refund but you did not read it properly. You only saw word refund so thats why 2 stars.

the product arrive after 2-3 weeks expensive products compare to the original website but i pay only 10$ taxes from 3 gfuel so ....

It's now 2 weeks since I ordered from GamingNectar and the product hasn't arrived yet, the tracking makes no sense if it's correct- the product has gone from the UK to the US and I have no idea if it's still there or on its way to some other country or the actual destination which is in Finland.

Also they didn't respond to my query about the delivery/tracking.

Not impressed at all by my first experience.

The shop is in the UK, so it's pretty expensive compared to buying from the US. You also have to pay import taxes. Shipping to Finland took 4 weeks.

BUT, They have more flavors in stock, and their customer support is flawless. 4/5

I made an order on march 27, 2021
my order arrived in sweden april 2.
on april 8 my order got sent back to gaming nectar.
i have sent them 4 to 5 email and ask them what happen to my order and they ignore my emails.
i request a refund and they ignore me.
I contacted paypal but got no help from them.
it has been almost 4 months and I still have not received my order.

Update july 28:
I received my order today after four months. I am not going to order from this website again.

Placed my first order with NectarGaming yesterday afternoon and had a email at 12:43pm today saying my items had been shipped...that's great and all but I received my items at about 10am this morning so brilliant service and will be using again

Received my order within 48 hours, well packaged and good quality as always 5* 👌

Overall very good experience with gamingnectar, my tracking wasn’t sent to me when they shipped but after sending 2 emails they resent me the tracking. Shipping took around 3ish days.

Fast delivery and amazing customer service!

Think this business is great, first saw them on Ebay and thought the prices were steep, though most of Ebay's G Fuel prices are. But then found their own website and found it much more affordable and with free shipping (over £75) which came 48 hours after ordering. If you're in the UK, or even the EU, and are interested in trying or buying G Fuel I would highly recommend using this seller.

I Have had 2 orders so far with them, excellent service, shipping has been so so, around 10 work days each time to Sweden.

Fantastic shop to order with fantastic prices you will have spent a good fortune on here but with extremely fast delivery and reasonably price shipping how can you say no to buyin from such an amazing uk seller ,also recieved amazing leaflet and sticker and some cheeky samples which was an extra surprise
