In my side, Very good experience in my HR Domain. On this Intership I got so many new things and new experience, it's made me more experience in Onboarding, Hiring and Interviewing.

My experience with GAO Tek Inc was a good learning opportunity. The flexible remote work environment made it easier to manage my time and responsibilities. During my internship, I worked on real tasks that improved my communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Through recruitment and onboarding tasks, I also gained confidence in speaking and interacting with people. The company helps interns learn new things and gives beginners a chance to gain real work experience. The team was very supportive whenever I needed help, and I was able to build confidence in handling responsibilities.

Working as a Squad Leader at GAOTek was a valuable learning experience. The role helped me strengthen my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. GAO Tek offers a good learning environment, especially for beginners looking to gain practical experience. I liked the flexible remote work and exposure to international teamwork. However, the lack of compensation and sometimes unclear communication can be challenging. The company can improve by providing better guidance and structured support for interns.

I was completed my internship in hr . As my experience was too good with this company . All are coordinating. The best part was that , that I am learned here new things , my confidence build here and I may take interviews confidentially .

This was quite an experience. I am a student of Civil Engineering, so doing a Remote HR internship seemed daunting at first. Prior to this I had no experience in this field. I was always introverted since childhood. The reason for this decision was to improve my communication skill and fight my social anxiety. Which worked better than I expected. Aside from all the tasks, most notably I was involved in the hiring process and many professional meeting. Which helped me get confident in talking to people. All the interviews I conducted and the meetings I was part of was conducted in English so it polished my speaking skills. Overall I got a glimpse of corporate workspace as a student.
Although there were some cons. Until recently, some task were quite repetitive to the point of boredom. Also as an intern, you have to be very proactive to develop skills and not on autopilot.

I worked as an HR intern at Gaorfid, where I gained practical knowledge in recruitment and communication. I liked the supportive work environment and the opportunity to improve my skills. However, the workload could sometimes be stressful. Overall, it was a valuable and positive learning experience.

My internship at GaoTek was a great one as i was exposed to various aspects of the course i chose which was Human Resources. With vivid training sessions and caring colleagues and I am sure its the same for all various courses.
