Horrible experience
Horrible experience. We were completely taken advantage of and overcharged. My husband called because one of our springs was broken. A guy came around 5pm and worked until 730pm damaging the door even further. He called another guy from garage.com to come out and fix it and by 9pm the bill was $1700. We did not need new cables or pulleys but were charged for them. We have photos prior to them coming out that other companies have now informed us the repair should have only costed $300.
