We ordered two garage door covers and a front door cover. We love them! Our neighbors do too! The quality is amazing and it was easy to install. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this company.
P.S. One of our neighbors asked if they could copy us but ordered their cover from someone else and it is obvious that the quality was not the same.

The team at Garage Buddy gave me a partial refund of 30%. I understand that the nuances with color and size are included in their refund policies and on their website so these two issues are ultimately on me. I did not consult the fine print. At the same time, while I rate their customer service to be 5-star (it's wonderful and efficient) and appreciate the partial refund, I still have 2 covers that do not fit our garage doors despite measuring them as directed by Garage Buddy, and I lost money (about $150). So I give the product and experience a 3-star overall. Thank you again for your prompt customer service - it's impressive.

What I purchased - two 9 x 7 garage covers in bright red with gold bows - and what I received, were two different things. First, the color was much darker - almost like a burgundy color, and varied across each cover versus being consistent in tone. Second, and most frustratingly, they did not fit (the length side was particularly short by several inches). I contacted Garage Buddy and they requested that I send pictures and measurements which proved the discrepancies on both counts. To their credit, they responded very quickly throughout the process, but they refused to give me a refund. In fact, their return policy states that they do not give refunds for discrepancies in color (my bad) and that the banners are designed to run small for "weather stripping" which is also mentioned on their website. That's great, but even after following instructions and installing them, it was clear that it was too small. So, we wasted $180 on two covers and I'm very disappointed. For these reasons, I do not recommend buying their covers, but I do find their customer service to be reputable in their response times. Hope this review helps all parties involved in the future.

Great product looks so real and everyone asking where we got it

Unfortunately, we were not able to display the garagebuddy this year, as it arrived late. The order was placed timely so I contacted customer service for delivery status and I must say they responded immediately. I was offered and given a refund. A few days later my order arrived. I contacted customer service to see how to return the item and they allowed me to keep it. I'm looking so forward to displaying my garagebuddy next year. Customer Service rating = 5 stars. Since I was not able to get the full visual, my overall rating = 4.5 stars. I inspected the material and it seems to be pretty good.

One item was left out of my order, however, it was later mailed to me.

We absolutely LOVE our Christmas wreath garage banner from Garage Buddy! The quality is outstanding, the colors are vibrant, and the design is absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly easy to install and instantly transformed our garage. It was the perfect finishing touch that brought our holiday décor together and became a huge hit in our neighborhood—we received so many compliments! We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Garage Buddy! 🎄✨

One word of advice: Open the cover fully when you receive it if you think you might have received the wrong image! These covers are quite large and may not look like the image you ordered until you see it in total. These items are well made and will look like a custom painted artwork on your garage doors!!

Amazing, helpful customer service. Immediate one on one assistance. I love my Christmas garage cover so much I went back and ordered Halloween and easter as well. I look forward to decorating for the holidays now either garage buddy. It is so easy to install I was able to do it myself in minutes. There’s also a very helpful video tutorial. I highly recommend garage buddy!

We purchased a Christmas garage door cover from Garage Buddy and Wow what a great scene. It draws attention from all the people in our neighborhood and they have such wonderful comments on how realistic it looks. You can’t go wrong with a cover from them and the installation is straight forward . Get one, you’ll love it !

This site doesn’t send the product as advertised. They have a video illustrating how their garage door covers are attached, however what they shipped me was nothing like the product in the video.

Junk. Very poor quality. Was not made to the SIZE that we ordered. No customer service. Bad company.

Not happy at all with this company right now. I placed an order back in October and have yet to receive it and it is Dec 22. All I am doing is getting the run around from these guys saying it was returned even though you have my correct address that I have confirmed each time, This has happened 4 times and I am tired of this BS. I want to speak to an actual person but there is no contact number.

Since I posted my first review earlier this morning I have spoken with a rep and things are in the process of being fixed. I did give then a 1 star on the review only because of issues with this order and my frustration. I have ordered with them before without issues and was very happy with their product. I ordered one for Christmas and it is very impressive. Once this issue is resolved I intend to order more their product. I truly believe this is a 5-star company.

I could not be happier with my Nativity scene garage buddy! a neighbor asked if it were a mural painted on my door! It was easy to install and doesn't interfere with the door opening and closing. Great customer service. I purchased a flood light which lights up the entire oversized garage door so everyone can see it from the street at night. I would add a photo but I don't see a place to add it.

Ordered on NOV 27, 2025, destination SF CALIF. it came via Shanghai apparently and on Dec 20, it just arrived in Colorado...Definitely not what was expected

So happy with my GarageDoor order and designs. Although I was sent one wrong design, customer service quickly said they would ship out the correct one to me.
Meanwhile I put up the single door and the double door covers and they are wonderful. Bright and striking colors, easy to install, great fabric. We had strong winds two days ago and I thought they might be ripped to shreds. They survived with no problems. All my neighbors are asking about them!
