Svar på min skadeanmälan.
Garanti omfattar aldrig fel som direkt/indirekt beror på exempelvis kyla, väta (ink. korrosion/ärgning) brand eller annan yttre omständighet.

Så kort och gott. En totalt meningslös garanti som använder kryphål. Spara pengarna och använd dem till att renovera bilen istället.

Sämsta jäkla garantiföretag jag varit med om! Dem lurar bara en på pengar och vägrar ersätta det som utlovas på försäkringen. Akta er för detta företag!!

Vad ni än gör så använd er inte av denna försäkring om ni köper ert fordon. Dom täcker ingenting av vad som utlovas i försäkringen.

They sold an extra guarantee when buying a car from an car-selling company. According to the information at the time for the deal the guarantee would cover, among others, "all electronical components", and the salesman did not mention any exceptions from that. The bought car later got a message in the display saying that there was a problem with the hybrid battery. Upon contacting garantidirekt, they refered us to a local service shop for locating the problem. The service shop did try, but said their equipment couldnt detect the error, and we were advised to go to the general agent (Volvo). The service shop still wanted 2 200 SEK for their efforts and garantidirekt did not want to pay, at least until the real error could be detected, they said. The general agent could later detect the problem to be a cell in the hybrid-battery, which the guarantee from the factory would cover. Upon contacting garantidirekt again for refund of the resultless troubleshooting at the local shop (which they had referred us to), they said there was an exception in the guarantee for batterys, so they refused to refund us. In spite of them refering us to the local shop, without mentioning we would stand the risk of paying a meaningless troubleshooting. The seller of the car never mentioned, nor provided information about the exception from the guarantee. A rather important exception for a hybrid-car I think. Warning for this company!

Riktigt uruselt företag där man tecknar en försäkring, XL, sen vid fel på trycksensor och bromsservo, med slangar och packningar behöver bytas så täcker inte försäkringen dessa fel.
Det är deras största försäkring men även den täcker inte felen på bilen..

mechatronik, momentomvandlare, motorns
invändiga rörliga delar, motorns styrenhet, motortempgivare, oljepump, styrservopump, spindelhus, startmotor, styrväxel, turboaggregat, växellådans invändiga rörliga delar och länkage.
För bilar med el eller hybriddrift omfattas även motorn för drivning.”

Bluff företag, lita inte på dem! Teckna inte avtal med dem, bortkastade pengar!

OBS!!! This is a trap for your money. When it comes to paythe guarantee they are going to use every excuse to refuse to pay. Do NOT trust.
